I have two cats. This cat tree is fantastic! Love the beige color. Looks very nice and very well built. Definitely recommended bought it on sale and would buy again. Definitely love this color. if you have larger cats or cats that like to run and climb, this is for them.

This cat tree is a 10. Easy assembly. Sturdy. All 3 cats love it. They were scratching and climbing before I could finish assembly. Looks good too. Definitely recommend it to all indoor cat families. Anchor strap could be a little longer for where I put it.

Hazel needed a new cat tower. I saved this item to buy later. Her cat tower she had was several years old. It was a good buy for the price. It's ridiculous how much cat tower costs. The taller they get, the more they cost. This cream color brightens up the room. This tower is 83" tall with different places to lay. It makes cats feel younger with lots of exercise for older cats. You won't go wrong by your pur baby.

The cats love it, and that's the important thing! Had my son put it together under an hour. Very good quality and lots of fun options for your cats. My cats love how tall it is and really enjoy being king of the castle. Pretty easy to assemble and good instructions to help.

there is one pole that is very slightly bigger than the ones that look similar. pay close attention to details or the top part will be off. we figured it out though and i actually liked the challenge, troubleshooting. i love this and my cats really love it.

The cat tower came with the wrong instructions for this particular product. All of the posts come in different sizes, and each side of the tower has different dimensions. So, what should have taken us an hour or so to erect, took us nearly 5 hours. Once we figured out how to put it together on our own using only the picture on the Wally World app, it was awesome. All of our cat love it! I really wish we would have had the correct instructions.

It arrived and I grabbed the instructions to ensure I received all the parts. And that's when I realized the instructions in the box were for a different model. I had to guess at where all parts went based solely on the photos from the website! What a freaking nightmare! After a few hours of assembling, disassembling and reassembling, I finally got it figured out! There were a few moments where I was so aggravated and thought about just returning it so I didn't have to deal with trying to figure it out. BUT I didn't. Good luck! Hope your box includes the correct instructions !

Parts missing is my major complaint with this cat tree. It must tedious work to pack everything perfectly every time, but I wish that the people who do this work knew that it really is meaningful work and makes a big difference to a customer who only wants to bring their pet joy. Please do better.

There are so many pieces missing it's difficult to begin. By part number: D is missing, E is a rectangle not the circle depicted, P3 one is present 8 are missing, P7 one is present 7 are missing. I can't assemble this cat tree without the missing parts! I've assembled 6 cat trees over the years and I know what is missing! I would like the necessary parts provided!

the tree tower came with instructions for assembly for a completely DIFFERENT cat tree. We have assembled it several different times and ways and the thing is lopsided. I cannot locate the company on the internet to inquire for proper instructions. And have no clue if all the parts are included. I
