Glucerna Hunger Smart Diabetes Care Shake, Classic Chocolate, 10 Fl Oz, 12 Pack

Being diabetic, Glucerna is my favorite beverage. Chocolate and vanilla are my favorite flavors. For breakfast I make a smoothie with Glucerna and fruit. During the day Glucerna is my go-to snack. When I leave the house, I always take a Glucerna with me, just in case.

This is a wonderful milk shake for diabetics. My nutritionist agreed %26 told me I may have a maximum of 3 per day as a snack or even a light meal. In the summer, I freeze it, %26 it takes the place of a wonderful chocolate ice cream. It's even better because it's not bitter.

I 1st reword this when I had an adult cat and a kitten who wouldn't tolerate eating separately. Both the breeder I bought the kitten from and my vet said it was safe for both of them. The kitten now grown is staying with a friend temporarily and we tried some different weight loss foods but found she kept seeking nutrition elsewhere- she lost a lot of weight (she was overeating with my friend at 1st) and now we have switched back to this one for her because it suits her needs best. Or wants. I found both my cats are very picky and will turn down ppl found over this 9/10 times. So I trust this brand fully. I also like that it comes without fish of any kind so their breath and litter box don't smell as bad!

I use them when I would otherwise miss a meal; not more than one a day and not every day. The taste is fine. I have several gastro-intestinal issues, and this doesn't cause me any GI problems. I also have several food allergies, and this doesn't trigger them.

These are essential for busy people who may find themselves out somewhere unexpectedly and miss a meal. Diabetics have to be prepared for low blood sugar levels as well.

I buy these regularly for my mother who is diabetic and has dementia... She does not eat much so whenever she takes her pills we give her this to take them with to boost her protein intake. I have now started giving her protein drinks with much higher content at meals as well so these are used strictly with her pills and as a backup if we ever run out of the brand of high protein drink we give her at meals. As with most protein drinks these are expensive... as expensive as the ones with 4 times as much protein in them so cost is an issue for me but other than that they are a good product

The only problem I have with this product is it's very expensive. But that is not Walmart's fault. I do use it for meal replacement and it's very convenient.

Not the best tasting but I've had worse. it leaves an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. Also I drink 3 a day per doctor orders for the increased protein to promote healing and have been doing it for months but have not noticed a difference like i should especially for the price so not so great taste combined with little health benefits translates to not worth it.

Good tasting diet product, but my biggest concern is the artificial sweeteners. Sucralose and asulfazine are really bad chemical sweeteners. If not used too often-oh well! I'm hoping that at some point in the near future, the company may decide to sweeten with stevia or another similar natural product that will not elevate blood sugar.

My review of this order is that it was poor. I believe I ordered 20 items and I only received five when I drove to pick up the order. That is poor service. I look at the other items some don't come for over a week from now and they're common items and you want to charge me four dollars plus to ship them. I'm at Walmart plus customer and this is not plus type of service. I am canceling the rest of my order the poorest service I've ever received at Walmart.
