I don't drink many meal replacement shakes but I think that is going to change. Although I think many of them still have the same flavor that I remember, the texture has improved greatly over what I remember. I try to choose this type of drink based on the carbs because I'm diabetic. These drinks are smooth. They don't have any grit or chalky taste. If you like this type of drink then you should like the one too. It seems a little too sweet for me but I'm used to drinking a lot of water. I would recommend buying these.

I drank it in the morning with my medicine which helped swallowing those pills. Love the fact it comes in three different flavors: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Love chocolate especially when chilled. As a diabetic, it can be difficult finding drinks that satisfy while helping to balance blood sugar and calories. I'm grateful I found Glucerna.

Recommended to me by a dietitian I recently saw… Great taste is not affecting my blood sugar levels in a negative way it's turned out to be a great replacement meal when I just don't have the time and for variety I bought vanilla and chocolate both very good however, my husband keeps stealing my vanilla!! I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. The chocolate is great. It's great to drink as a snack and will curb you hunger and give you a boost of energy. They come in different flavors including Strawberry and Vanilla. I'm trying the Strawberry on next!

My mom is a diabetic, and these particular shakes works well for her when she misses a meal. My mom loves them and won't try any other. It would be great if the price was a little less.

These are great for diabetics. They taste good as they help control glycemic spikes and add protein to your diet. I replace one of my meals every day with one of these.

Be sure to have this shake Very Cold. It will taste like a chocolate shake if it is in the freezer for an hour. Let it get slushy and it becomes a treat for a diabetic and this is healthier.

Purchased several times now. First chocolate which was good but a tad too rich for me. Finally tried vanilla and like it best for taste. Certainly works for a meal replacement, often 1 holds my energy and hunger all day if I stay hydrated with water and 20oz electrolyte drink. Then a small healthy snack of oikos yogurt, 1/4cup of plain walnuts %26 a bit of frozen blueberries, a few hrs b4 bedtime. Even got my 28 yr old daughter hooked, whom is usually very reluctant to try new things🤗
