I don't drink many meal replacement shakes but I think that is going to change. Although I think many of them still have the same flavor that I remember, the texture has improved greatly over what I remember. I try to choose this type of drink based on the carbs because I'm diabetic. These drinks are smooth. They don't have any grit or chalky taste. If you like this type of drink then you should like the one too. It seems a little too sweet for me but I'm used to drinking a lot of water. I would recommend buying these.

I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. The chocolate is great. It's great to drink as a snack and will curb you hunger and give you a boost of energy. They come in different flavors including Strawberry and Vanilla. I'm trying the Strawberry on next!

I had a chance to taste Glucerna when it was offered to me at a steep discount. Delicious! Flavorful. Smooth taste. Satisfying. I drank it in the morning with my medicine which helped swallowing those pills. Love the fact it comes in three different flavors: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Love chocolate especially when chilled. As a diabetic, it can be difficult finding drinks that satisfy while helping to balance blood sugar and calories. I'm grateful I found Glucerna.

I bought these for my husband because he's a diabetic and I've had to buy more because I drink more than half of them. They taste so good. I usually cannot stand these types of drinks like I have like forced myself to drink them but these are so good I have to force myself not to drink them because that's how good they are. I love them. I bought the strawberry vanilla and the chocolate and I love all of them.

As a Type 2 diabetic and manage my blood sugar without insulin this helps so much when I have it bottom out on me!! I've given a couple to my son-in-law who needs something before he has labs run and can't eat which then turns into chaos in his body as the liver then seeks the glucose he needs during that time of NPO. For me this is a tool… for my son-in-law, fighting cancer, it can be a necessity!! Need to provide a way that is more cost effective for someone in a situation such as his!

My mom is a diabetic, and these particular shakes works well for her when she misses a meal. My mom loves them and won't try any other. It would be great if the price was a little less.

These are great for diabetics. They taste good as they help control glycemic spikes and add protein to your diet. I replace one of my meals every day with one of these.
