Godzilla (Criterion Collection) (Blu-ray), Criterion Collection, Sci-Fi & Fantasy

The movie that started the whole franchise. I have been a Godzilla fan for as long as I can remember. I saw this movie some time back and have been looking forward to getting it on Blu for a while. It does not disappoint, clear video and in HD. Not only is this the original Japanese version but it also has the American version with Raymond Burr.

good transfer from the blu ray. sound is greR. did i mention the classic movie is great also

Classic fun for those who enjoy this genre of movies. A must have for a video library. The Criterion Collection offers the best in remastering the video quality of this film.

wouldn't have thought that this movie would have so much foul language in it including the f word and using the Lord's name in vain. the English is in italics and if your children can read, they will see foul language continuously throughout the movie and hear it. without all of the foul language and using the Lord's name in vain, the movie is awesome with you wondering what will happen next. like a lot of Godzilla movies, you have the close relationship between the father and daughter.
