this is a great product that I enjoy using; the only caveat is that the seller did not send the ''red-capped product'' but sent the ''gold-capped one. all indications are that the powder inside is the same, but, the one sent can be purchased for about 1/2 of what the red-capped one runs.
I apply the powder around my thighs, neck, and chest at night to put a stop to me scratching my fungal acne cause by eating rice, sugar, and bread. If I wake up after 4hrs of sleeping, I reapply and I am able to sleep. During the day I apply only on my thighs.
Gold Bond Medicated Body Powder has become one of my everyday essentials. The 10 oz bottle lasts a long time and is very easy to use. I love using it after workouts or on hot days because it keeps my skin felling fresh. The powder applies smoothly, and the scent is clean and refreshing without being to strong. Definitely a great product!
Only dislike talc due to the bad rap it's getting in baby powder law suits, but I like to sprinkle it on places where my skin is itchy. it does soothe the itch. I've used it for many years.
I bought the Goldbond Men's Essentials body powder spray. The button is hard to push down and it stop working with around half a can of product. Unless they revamp this spray product it is not worth buying. I have bought the regular nonspray powder.
10 oz bottle was less than 1/2 full. It was 10 oz but why waste the plastic.
This new improved product is sucks I've been using gold bond powder for 20+ years WHY would someone make this garbage the old one with the red top was a 100 percent better. This new version is a total waste of money I will never put my money back in that product
Please bring back the original product with zinc oxide! The product always worked amazing until you changed it!
Let's not mince words...this talc-free Gold Bond formula sucks. I went on their website to see if they still make the original talc based powder and it appears that they do not. This seller listed this as the original with photos in the listing showing the ingredient label as the original talc-based label. I was disappointed to receive the talc-free version which I would not have ordered. I have used the original GBMP for decades and this new talc-free version made with cornstarch is gritty, dusty, clumpy, and irritating to the skin as opposed to the talc formula. It should not be advertised using the old original containers, description and "original" should be nowhere on the packaging. It is misleading to list it this way. This is not the product I ordered. I guess I shouldn't have ordered powder from a battery company, (and actually thought I was ordering from Walmart). Hey Gold Bond, why not just make a talc-free version and still keep the original one so that consumers have a choice?? I have been searching now for two days for a powder that is comparable to the authentic original GBMP. If anyone finds one they like almost as much, please write a review listing that brand so I can buy it. Thanks.
The bottle isn't even half full. Now I have to store a gigantic bottle of Gold bond that is half empty.
