great protection in the sun. HUGE< HUGE< HUGE. keeps the rain off of my body. easy to carry . not too bulky. keep in the trunk of my car.

makes great shade
I bought this for sun protection as much as for rain protection. In situations where my big, floppy hat only shades my head %26 shoulders this 62" umbrella makes shade down to my knees. I would give it a 5th star if it had a wrist loop for hanging it by my door. Smelled kinda funky at first but airing it in the outdoors overnight solved that problem. I ike the dark interior for its glare reduction.

I lost it 😞
I've needed a new umbrella for a while so I purchased this for the dirty Santa game with my family, intending to win it. Everyone wanted it! My son ended up with it, and he can probably use the UV protection more than me so I let him keep it. It appeared to be great quality, thick. But off-gassed and smelled awful!

The heavy wind did turn it inside out and the review said that it did not do it, but overall it is a good unbrella for the sun
