This product was recommended to me by a friend. I now use it every time I shower or bathe - it is amazing. I was using a gentle facial cleanser - soap is out of the question - burning - stinging - this is truly gentle and has a very slight bit of fragrance. At 73, I can't live without it!!

I use this every time I'm in the shower and it is lovely. I am a person who has lots of vaginal dryness and itching. I have been working with my GYN on it for years. This gentile soap has solved 98% of the problem. I ordered a tube for all the women in my family.

Found this product after researching ph levels and skin and soap. Such a safe wash that doesn't irritate skin. Love it.

Believe the Balance Moisturizinng Wash has helped with allergies to soap and I don't feel the need to scratch as much. Yea!

I have used this product for years and love it. It is an effective cleanser that is never irritating and worth every penny. I do have a negative comment on the current packaging, however. The previous hard plastic container has been discontinued for a squeezable tube like the ones used for the lubricants ( also great products!), but the consistency of the cleanser is so thin that it is prone to leaking out the cap if not closed perfectly. For a product used in the shower and meant to be stored cap down, the margin for error is too small. Having lost most of my previous purchase to this phenomenon, this rime I reused an old hard plastic dispenser. Squeezable tabletop catsup and mustard containers also work, but must be stored upright as well.

Love this product and have been using this for years. Only issue I have is you changed your packaging and the words feminine odor is on it now. I actually don't use the product for that and it embarrassing having that in the shower with those words on it now

I have only been using this product for about a week, but so far so good. The wash is very liquid-y (Aloe Vera juice) so I would suggest holding the bottle upright & pouring a little on the washcloth as needed. If not, you could end up wasting a lot more than you're using. The scent is very light, almost non-existant.
