How can someone review a candy selection?
I love them, but it's a unique taste. As a young child, I didn't like these. My kids don't like them. Feels odd to review this. It's just a person preference; there's no aspect of quality to assess. They're probably really bad for me and everyone else who eats them, so don't take my 5-star review as a recommendation to buy these!

They are not overly sweet, but they don't go unnoticed either.
The flavor is strong, herbal, and slightly bitter, not very sweet. They aren't cloying, but they are persistent on the palate, leaving that typical black licorice taste for quite a while.

Shrinkflation strikes again
I've been eating this candy my whole life and it's no longer pill shaped, instead it's oval egg shaped and it doesn't contain as much licorice per piece and instead has more sugar coating. Its not as good, the new egg shape is super disappointing. I would rather just eat Black licorice

What Happened!
This used to be a great treat! My favorite candy! The taste, the egg-like shape, all not good! Why the change?? This was a classic! Also, Bring Back the bite sized filled Twizzlers!

Received an open and empty box of candy
Walmart store %23 1185, I did a curbside order and when I got home and started unpacking my bags I noticed this box of good and plenty felt really light. Then I saw that the box had been opened and about 90% of the candy had been eaten! Not only is this disgusting, but how did the person picking my order not notice this? The box was clearly opened, and you could feel it was almost empty. Gross. Do better Walmart.

Dishonest shrinkflation.
What happened to the oblong shape? Now they are little pebbles. More cheap sugar coating, less licorice.

It was a small box like you buy at the checkout counter. It cost $5.98 plus shipping of $9.67. Total $15.65. for a 6oz box of good
