Good & Plenty Licorice Fat Free, Candy Bulk Bag, 5 lbs

I like licorice and this is a great way to satisfy a craving without going overboard on the sugar or calories.

I bought this item online because my Walmart store discontinued selling the package version. I tend to buy in bulk when I can for savings. Finding this 5 lb. bag online was a bonus for me. It came on time and was well packaged to prevent damage. The two 5 lb. bags will last me for the rest of this year with quite a savings, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Good & Plenty Licorice Candies are perfect for those who love the flavor. The texture and shape is a little bit like jelly beans but skinnier. The pink and withe outer color makes them look cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good and Plenty candies live up to their name. This is a nice size bag good for sharing, watching a nice long movie or snacking anytime. The candies are pink and white coated with a sort of crunchy candy on the outside and good tasting black licorice on the inside. The pieces are not real big, but there are lots of them in each package.

The product was fine. The shipping was not. The 5 lb bag was just put in a box without any cushioning or anything added to keep the contents from thrashing around the box. The weight of the 5 lbs being thrown around caused the bag to break open so the product was loose in the box with pieces broken. More care needs to be given to packaging food for shipping to keep it safe.

I've been eating this candy my whole life and it's no longer pill shaped, instead it's oval egg shaped and it doesn't contain as much licorice per piece and instead has more sugar coating. Its not as good, the new egg shape is super disappointing. I would rather just eat Black licorice

This used to be a great treat! My favorite candy! The taste, the egg-like shape, all not good! Why the change?? This was a classic! Also, Bring Back the bite sized filled Twizzlers!

This candy is now the size of a tic tack. This company lies to its consumers with a bait and switch

What happened to the oblong shape? Now they are little pebbles. More cheap sugar coating, less licorice.

Good & Plenty licorice candy used to be my husband's favorite candy but since they changed the recipe, he doesn't like them at all! Says they taste like licorice runts and are too sugary. We will not be buying these anymore unless they change them back to the original. Hershey, you are disappointing lots of life-long fans.
