My experience has been wonderful, what ever I order I receive in a time it says when purchased. When I shop online the items come as it looks online. Lastly, I haven't had any issues where I had to return something, and if I did it was an easy return process and the customer service was always to notch.

It seems to be a well made product for a good price. My only complaint is they shipped it in an envelope. It was bent but luckily I was able to push it back in place.

This is an average strainer. It is difficult to tell the size of the mesh by the pictures. It is good for many things, but not for my particular needs. I wanted a strainer with larger mesh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To me, a good mesh strainer is necessary in the kitchen. This one pretty much fits most of my criteria as a decent strainer. The mesh is not overly flimsy, the handle is quite comfortable and not too short, and the frame is holds up pretty well. The handle is made of aluminum while the mesh is made of a light stainless steel. It does its job and its function and doesn't bend out of shape if you treat it well and maintain it with care. I expect this strainer to last me for at least a year. I just wished that it was slightly more durable and that the handle was also made of stainless steel.

The description needed something else in the picture for scale. It's too small. Where is the larger one I used to buy?

I did not received the two item, The picture that was taken 😳 was not my screen door. It was dropped off at different address. The AI messenger that answers the phone for Walmart stated I wasn't entitled to a refund or another product, I then spoke with a live person and was advised the refund can't take place until 48 hrs. I am very displeased with this service. I leary I have another product. I hope I don't get the person that mess this drop off up.

I, DID'NT LIKE THE WAY THE ITEM WAS PACKAGED. THE MESH STRAINER WAS DENTED. THE WAREHOUSE PACKER JUST DECIDED TO PACKAGE ITEM IN A BROWN ENVELOPE. VERY UNPROFESSINAL.. OTHERWISE THE STRAINER WAS GOOD.
