IMPRESSED! Get This!
Size was perfect for mincing shrimps, veggies, etc for home made egg rolls. Blade was impressively sharp. Sturdiness is perfection which made everything processed to make! Ease of use was beyond 5 stars that one can give!

Recommended by AI, amazing starter knife!
It’s a great starter knife, I’m learning more about knives and kitchenware and all the different uses. This model was recommended to me by Claude AI and it works really well for my use. The blade is a great size and the handle is well built. I haven’t tried the balance test yet but when I use it it’s not heavy at all.

This knife exceeded my expectations. It's triple riveted and balanced. The blade is very sharp and requires very little pressure to cut. I highly recommend this knife.

I teavel and the place I stay needed a decent kitchen knife so I picked this one up. Good qaulity and affordable enough to leave behind for the next traveler.

Great for older folks too
Nice and sharp! Cuts through nicely - even acorn squash! I wish it had a bit of weight through the back of handle and blade. I'm an older lady and I'm so over dull knives, this one will not disappoint, better than a paring knife and shorter than a meat knife.
