GoodCook Precision Long Ring Kitchen Timer, 60-Minutes, White, Nonslip Base

This is a great timer. The sound and ring are remanissant of an old type telphone ring and it makes me giggle when it goes off. It is very loud so you could hear it in every room. We use a timer especally when doing laundry, to time how long the wash or dryer will be. It is simple and easy to use. We are please with this product. I recommend.

This timer has a nice loud and long ring that can't be missed, unlike the one built into my oven! Good price, no assembly.

Finally!! An inexpensive, easy to use kitchen timer: works great! Most appreciate! Crisp ring sound also.

My old timer died, and I needed a new one asap, so I opted for this based on price point and description. Immediately tested it, and while I cannot vouch for accuracy in timing, I can say the description is inaccurate. One single weak bleat, not at all the loud long ring promised. Not an issue if I am actually nearby, but useless if I have to be in another room. I don't have time to bother returning it, and it seems to work on the most basic level, but definitely going to need to get a louder one soon.

Set it in kitchen watched TV 12' away in living room, didn't hear it go off. You have to take it with you unless you're reading a book. ;) Don't like the design that much; would rather have separate time setting and alarm setting and longer louder alarm.

For me, what I did not like about the mechanical timer is in order for the timer bell to go off, you first have to turn the dial past 55 minutes, and then turn the dial back to what tune you desire for the timer bell to go off (for example, 10 minutes as one example). I did not like this for what I wanted to use it for, Apparently many inexpensive mechanical timers are like this which I was not aware of - I am unsure if expensive timers are different or not. Other people may be OK wih this.

The timer claims to be LONG RINGING....NOT. It was not accurate eitber. Not dependable for exact timing. It also is too tall, it tips over very easily.

It wouldn't stay standing on my counter. It kept falling over, but the worst part you can barely hear the ring and now it's just completely stopped working.

It was advertised as having a loud signal. I could hardly hear it standing next to it definitely not worth the money.

Complete waste of money. It doesn't work. It ticks but the actual timer doesn't go off. Awful product.
