GoodCook PROfreshionals Stainless Steel Can Opener with Soft-Grip Handles, Teal

I have arthritis in both hands, real bad in the right (I am righthanded) so I always need one with large easy to hold handles. Somehow or other my fav red handled one went mia and the one I found well lets just say I was very happy to toss it in the trash. This one was some what lighter in weight than my fav was so I was leery. But this little thing just cut thru the metal like it was butter. AND the handle was so easy on my hands/fingers. Not once did it cause my hands to ache let lone hurt. And gotta be honest, it is cute. All in all I am very happy and quite satisfied with this. Heck the design is awesome.

Have had the can opener for at least 20 years and decided it was time to buy a new one. The old one was dull and it was so hard to open a can. This can opener is so easy to use, the handle is so soft and it grips the cans easily and turns so fast. I was almost ready to buy an electric can opener, this pretty can opener saved the money and saved the counter space.

I have severe issues with my hands and was looking for an electric opener but they're expensive and I had to settle for a manual one for now. I really wasn't expecting much from this one being only 5 bucks but let me tell you, that 5 bucks is far lower than this thing is worth. I really don't even care about getting the electric one anymore because this one is so easy to use and comfortable in my hands. There's no struggle or pain at all involved with this little fella and I absolutely love it!

I love it my hands hurt to close them so having to grip a can opener hurte bad but the one the grip is very nice very easy to turn with very minimal effort. the color is true to the pick I got the kind of blue bluegreen beautiful color. colar is true on line. very nice grip and feeling in hand

This can opener was inexpensive but it is a great can opener. The can openers that i had for years both stopped working at the same time. It opens cans easily and completely. it works better than some that I"ve paid twice as much for. it was only about $6. This can opener was a great value. I will buy this again soon because I like to have 2 can openers on hand.

This looks very cute and all but it is not good quality. It was not lined properly and this meant it was not opening the cans unless you twisted the handles a bit. Besides that the part that opens the can broke in two weeks. ANd not two weeks of me opening a hundred cans. I used it twice. Very bad quality. Disappointed.

The opener broke immediately. On the first can. I've noticed with the past two can openers I've purchased (previous was a farberware) they seem to be recently made very poorly. The can opener I had before these last two I had for over 10 years without a problem. The only reason I had to buy a new one is because a family member lost it.

This item worked great for the first few months and then rusted and we had to throw it out. Totally waste of money. It definitely is not made of stainless steel because if it was it would have not rusted. See images.

worked fine from July to November and now it just spins and the handle seems like the plastic part won't engage. the bottom gear just spins. not worth the money. probably used a max of 20 times. buy something else.

I bought it for our cottage...so not used much. Seemed very well made at first and worked great at first, but went bad very quickly. Won't even open a can now and only used about 10 times. Luckily I kept my old one and am getting by with it until a new one (another brand) comes in.
