Stainless Steel wires came loose
the blades (Stainless Steel wires) came loose from the plastic mold while slicing (soft) mushrooms. they sent two of these, guessing the second one is a backup for the first one. will be looking for a more durable one in the future. this one is not recommended.

Simple Yet Powerful
I had ordered an all metal slicer that can cut in two ways (slices and wedges). It seemed intriguing but did not work at all. The blades did not go all of the way through the food. So, I ordered this simple, back-to-basics design plastic egg slicer. It is perfect! It cuts all the way through the food and cleans up easily - what a great product, especially for the price!

Good egg slicer. Does not cut wedges or fancy cuts. Really good for slicing eggs for salad. Slices eggs only. Sturdy.

Cheap, cheap
The review saying this was a quality product was a fake review. It is very cheap and 2 wires broke the 2nd time I used it. Invest in a few more dollars and get a name brand one.

HIGH recommended!!!!
LOVE this slicer for food! It sliced hard boiled eggs beautifully. I plan to use it on mushrooms next. I'm glad I searched for one which seemed sturdy. It seems like it will hold up for a long time. It also comes with a 100% guarantee to return it if unsatisfied.

great egg slicer
I used this slicer to slice some boiled eggs. It's really simple to use too which is really nice! And it slices really, really well too. It slices fast, and also, it is super easy to clean. I recommend hand washing it just so it doesn't get messed up in the dishwasher. I highly recommend it!!
