The items arrived in a good condition. They are indeed easy to handle. The size was okay, thus can handle the meals, and maintain the meals in a well-preserved manner.

The Containers are nice and durable. No dividers ,it holds 4 cups. I like these for storing leftovers also I do put meals inside I don’t need the dividers I also have the ones with the dividers I can use either. They wash well by hand. Also for leftovers and meal prep they make my refrigerator looks so neat and organized . I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

I love to meal prep! These Goodcook Meal Prep Containers and Lids are Awesome! It is so convenient to prepare food, including sides, for several days or weeks and store in these containers. Each container is single sided and holds 4 Cups, which is the perfect size for one meal. There are 10 Containers and Lids in each package. The Goodcook Containers are BPA Free and can be Refrigerated, Frozen, Microwaved, for either Heating or Defrosting, and are Dishwasher safe on the top rack. If you want to prepare a large quantity of food at one time for convenience later on, these Goodcook Containers are for you!

It's great for salads and casseroles and anything that you don't mind mixing with other foods. This particular container holds four cups by volume comfortably. The container itself is nice and rigid so it doesn't bow or bend when it's full. It's also thick enough plastic that when it's heated it doesn't get soft. The containers have a mid-way marker that can use to help judge portions with. The lid is clear and has a tab on one corner so it's easy to remove. Having a clear lid is also useful so you can see what's in the container without having to open it. These containers are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe. This allows seamless and worry-free storage, reheating, and cleaning!

I have been using these containers repeatedly for work lunches, and they work amazingly! These are a strong, high quality plastic. They go from my home freezer to my work refrigerator without losing their seal or spilling. Today my roast beef and herb bread arrived at work upside down in my bag. I had not a single drip or leak. These easily go into the microwave for heating up, and then back home to get loaded into the dishwasher with no trouble at all. I have washed these many times in my dishwasher and they have not melted, misshaped or bent like so many other plastic products. Heat, cold and even turning these upside down seem to be no problem at all. These are perfect for freezing leftovers to become work lunches later.

The containers and lids are dishwasher safe on the top rack only of course which is also great when you are really busy like myself. The Goodcook Meal Prep containers are designed for meal planning and portion control and they are perfect. I love the convenience of being able to pack my food for the week in a container that is safe for the refrigerator and the freezer. For microwave reheating and defrosting Goodcook recommends to remove the lid first. The lids to the container have secure, snap on features that are perfect for keeping food safe in the freezer. I've never been much of a cook, and cooking for one is so boring but using these Single Compartment Meal Prep Containers by Goodcook will likely change that for me, especially during the colder months when making stews, soups and chili's are almost required. I can make a meal in my slow cooker and then portion it out into these containers, which hold approximately 4 cups, for easy to freeze and microwave meals when I'm ready to eat. The options for meal prep are endless. You can microwave these but not the lids, be sure to leave the lids off, and you can cover with a paper towel to control splatter. They are also dishwasher safe on the top shelf. The small 'How to Meal Prep' pamphlet that comes with this item will help you, as it will me, begin your own course of meal prep. Goodcook also offers other sizes and colors for your personal preferences. I have to mention though I'm a little confused because on the Goodcook website, they show a 10X use of these single compartment meal prep containers. The item I have does not show that. Either way though, using it 10 times and you get 10 sets, that's 100 uses altogether. Not bad at all and worth the effort of pre-planning your meals.

I do a lot of advance meal prep to get ready for the week. I love these boxes to put my meals in. They stack well, wash easily, can be microwaved and are disposable after a few uses. The only thing I would prefer is if they were a little taller. Other ones I have use, the tops go up a bit to allow for more space. Otherwise, these work well.

Worked fine until I put one in my gym bag and took it to the gym for a meal after morning cardio. The lip is short. My lentils leaked. Also, a bit difficult to clean.
