These are way too big for my head. They will not stay in place. Not sure if they were worn and stretched out then returned or if that's just how they fit, but I cannot wear them.

The headbands are large. I have a big head but they won't even stay on. They just slide right off.

Did not receive item tried to process a return after delivery was complete to my apartment and it wouldn't allow me to do so so I had to call the Walmart 1800 number and the lady offered no compensation and the representative didn't offer to right the wrong until I pressed the issue and seemed personally maybe bothered by giving me a $10 off promo code. She did process the returns for the missing items though and did email me a promo code so her follow through was precise. How about working out a way to accommodate delivery customers with missing items and leave room in the delivery scheduling for each day for customer retention “redropping off” missed items from that days delivered. This is a better option because it keeps people from shopping else where and keeps them coming back to utilize the service and ensures future purchases for Walmart instead of not bringing the dinner they ordered that night to eat leaving someone hanging possibly with no car no money and everything closed to order else where because I know it must be happening to more than me on a reoccurring basis, and that I'm not so special for it just to be a personal vendetta reoccurrence. This is solved instead by not causing peoples money to be held up for 5 to ten days when your driver doesn't deliver something correctly or is a totally missing item. Instead of processing returns and the customers money ending up in no man's land and It is in no man's land where for over a week sometimes unless they have additional funds they can't re-order what was missing I'd recommend that you all try to right the wrongs by sending a daily designated driving person especially designated for missing items hire someone ocd overly attentive for this position sending a driver back out with the correct items or missing items and unless the customer asks for one when reporting missing items from deliveries then don't initiate a refund. Offering indentured for perfect delivery scores could help too drivers who don't bring all your items is even more frustrating than just having your money tied up and not getting your items

Just ok, I am wearing them cause of the price I paid for them. But they are so loose dont feel secure to hold my hair back. My hair will fall through the straps throughout the day. Disappointed for the brand.
