installation was fast. lug nuts were torqued properly. TPS system worked fine after the installation. the tire pressure was a little over the manufacturer specs so I decreased it manually. they didn't follow the ratings on the door jamb.. probably just check if the air pressure is correct if you have Walmart install the tires for you
I'm most satisfied with the patient and empathic customer service that I received from the Rogers,Arkansas/Walnut Auto Center team! I purchased and had installed 4 tires through a WM supported app that caused a long delay at checkout. The actual service was very quick and Ryan, Craig, and Tonya found a solution. Thank you very much and I'm reminded that technology is good when it works!
Good overall experience buying this tire, I needed it due to a very slow leak in an existing tire that couldn't be found. I often look to purchase off brand tires from walmart for significant savings, but in this case I bought a brand name at a reasonable price.
Great tire and warranty. Bought these before a 3000 mile road trip with our 21 Honda Odessy mini van. They worked great in all the conditions we encountered. Heavy rain, dirt roads, and a lot of highway miles. I really tried to find a better deal on a “name brand” touring tire and found this to be the best deal by a wide margin. It's nice to know that this good deal also came with a quality tire.
Bought a set of 4 in 2020. They did not live out the full life of mileage which kinda sucks, but they're good quality tires. I keep repurchasing them because for the price they're certainly worth it.
A few days after purchasing and having installed 4 brand new tires, I drove on I 75 and my car shook like crazy. Either they weren't put on correctly or they weren't balanced. I went to see I went to speak to the people at Walmart the day after this happened. I made an appointment for them to rectify it.
I had specified replacing the TPMS and valve stems. For some reason, the installer chose to not do this, and now I am still living with a TPMS warning light and will have to go somewhere else to have this problem corrected.
I bought this tire not even a few months ago and it had a defect on the side. I called walmart in bonita springs and I asked them this is whats happening and i can give you my information to see if we have the guaranty but on the walmart app it says I do. I went in the girl that was working on the tire section told me that no thats not covered and I HAD TO PAY FOR A BRAND NEW TIRE!!!!! AFTER SO MANY ORDERS AND PURCHASES I'VE DONE FROM WALMART I WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER!!! I HAD TO GIVE YALL MY GOOD YEAR TIRE THAT I PAID FOR NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO FOR FREE SO I CAN GET ONE OF THESE RANDON ONES THAT I DO NOT EVEN RECOGNIZE THE NAME OF. But I see that they don't. And that is horrible customer service, no work ethic as well as no foundation. It is sad to see a company like that having all those employees as well. Pants down talking on the phone with headphones in. Walmart needs to start having more strict roles on employees as well. And think about the consumers.
They ordered the tires for me AT THE STORE and set up an installation for the following Monday at 7 a.m. When my wife dropped me off I was informed that the tires had not arrived. No notice given. I asked when they would arrive. they had no idea!!! They were currently in Manassas VA. I left the car there and got a ride home. I heard nothing Tuesday. I stopped at 4 pm Wednesday, tires still had not arrived and they could mo longer track them. I had paid for the tires and installation, they would only.refuse d the.money for the tires and was told I had to go to Walmart .com to get the refund for the installation . My credit card shows an $83 dollar charge that is not on.Walmart.com. Unbelievable!!!
I am writing to formally report a serious service issue and extremely poor customer experience following a recent visit. After having my vehicle serviced, I picked it up around 5:00 PM and drove less than two miles back to work. Around 6:30 PM, while driving on the highway at approximately 65 mph, I began hearing a loud noise coming from underneath my vehicle. Concerned for my safety, I immediately pulled over. When the noise temporarily stopped, I cautiously resumed driving, but the issue occurred again at the same speed. At that point, I exited the highway and returned directly to the store—within approximately five miles of my original visit. While en route, I attempted to call the store, but my call was not answered until I was nearly back on-site. Upon arrival, I encountered Coach Ken, who initially avoided acknowledging me. When he did assist, his demeanor was dismissive and unprofessional. Although I arrived before closing and the issue was clearly urgent and safety-related, I was told the technician had already left and was instructed to leave my vehicle overnight. When I asked how I was expected to get home, I was told that transportation was “not their issue.” This response was unacceptable, particularly given that the problem was caused by incomplete or negligent service. After I insisted that the matter be addressed, Coach Ken reluctantly agreed to have the vehicle looked at, though he initially stated he could not touch the car. Once he and the Assistant General Manager observed the seriousness of the issue, they contacted someone to return and assist. Despite this, no apology was offered, and the unprofessional attitude remained throughout the interaction. I want to emphasize that this is the second time I have experienced an issue of this nature with my vehicle following service at this location, which raises significant concerns about quality control and safety practices. Additionally, I contacted customer service regarding this incident, and to date, I have not received a response. This situation was not only frustrating but also dangerous. I expect: A formal acknowledgment of this incident An explanation of how this occurred Assurance that corrective actions will be taken to prevent future safety risks Follow-up regarding my prior customer service complaint I look forward to a prompt and professional response.
