Purchased these tires during the busy summer and just reviewing now. They have ran well and still look new after hours of city and highway travel. NOT TO MENTION, getting tires at Walmart was Super easy. Way less stress the. The dealership.

I ordered these all season tires for my 2021 Lexus RX 350L, it arrived really fast. Walmart installed it, I was hesitant at first because of some negative reviews I read online as far as the service at the shop but I still chose Walmart to install the tires and it was great service. Then few days later I took my car to Canada and drove over 2000 miles on highway. I drove it on ice and pack snow with no problems. Smooth ride and quieter ride on highways.

The product was excellence and a great value for Road (Snow %26 Rain). The local staff was friendly and accommodating. The mechanics were quick and did the job right the first time. However, the execution of the service through Walmart.com needs work. I paid for 4 tires and was charged for 4 tires. My store only had 2 tires available. So, I traveled to another store and purchased 2 tires and brought them back to my store. My store installed all four tires. Walmart.com has not refunded me the difference of the 2 tires. It shouldn't take 10 days to get a refund.

Hard to leave an accurate review when you Walmart keeps giving you the run around on where your product is. Called the store, they as advised call Walmart online number, after a few days and phone calls was advised cal fedex. Dedex advised a shipping label was created but the product was still with the shipper. Called Walmart back, they advised to wait. Waited and no progress on tracking. Called back and was advised they talked to the back office and I would hear back in 48 hours from the Thursday. I waited until Monday and finally called them…AGAIN. Was told it could take 72 hours to hear back…I told them that had already passed. I wanted a refund but they said it would take 10 days. Mind you 3 of my 4 tires arrived…I'm only waiting on ONE. I asked them to make a new label as maybe there was a mixup at the warehouse. Or call the warehouse, or give me the number and I could call. Finally after speaking with a supervisor I was advised I would be receiving an email before 8pm (yesterday) and it would be shipped yesterday to arrive on Thursday. I have not received the email as of this morning. Who knows. Nobody has been able to simply ship the missing tire. I'm very disappointed as I placed this order on November 9, it is now rhetorical 25. I need these tires as mine are in very poor condition and winter is here. If this isn't resolved shortly I will never order tires from Walmart again. At this point I don't know if I would anyways but I would like to give Walmart the opportunity to make it right and simply send my tire.

I purchased 4 Goodyear Reliant tires with installation on September 16, 2025. After some time, I noticed visible uneven bulges on all four tires, which look like defects. These issues were not caused by road damage. On November 26, 2025, I returned to Walmart to request a replacement, but I was refused. They claimed the tires were “normal” and said I cannot complain because I didn't buy the extra warranty. This is unacceptable. A customer should not be forced to buy extra protection to get help with obvious defects and safety issues. I paid for the tires and installation and expected quality and responsibility. Very disappointed with Walmart and Walmart Auto Care Center.

I brought 4 tires 6 weeks ago. I also got my tires change at Walmart Salem NH. On this Monday Nov 3st I got 2 flat tires without nail or any problem on passenger side the front and the back. It look like it lack the air between the small tread. We also have a video.

I Purchased 3 new good year tires 5 days ago, I've been putting air IN one of the tires Every day and yesterday the other tire went flat on the highway. Now I'm riding on a donut. When I try to reach the automotive department in Hammond, they either don't answer the phone or they answer it and hang up.

Your services manager verbally assaulted me, and I found his conduct to be unprofessional. I believe Walmart should provide him with thorough customer service training, including guidance on professionalism, politeness, and proper respect toward customers who support the business and paying his salary.Or to hire better replacement.Thank you

Bought Oct 20th. Had a flat tire yesterday. When the tire was taken off it had been patched before and the patch blew off leaving just a small round circle where it was patched. So either Walmart sold a used tire as new or it was sent from the manufacturer that way. I didnt get the warranty unfortunatly but there is a manufacturers warranty that comes with the tire. Walmarts response was basically not their problem. Yet they sold and installed them.

DOT numbers are not same on tires. Two are same and others are different. After giving appointment they took 1 hour and 45 minutes to change tires. Frustrating waiting times and no updates what is going on. They did not put back my nutlug key after using it. I am driving without nutlug key. I am a senior citizen and don't have money.
