adaptor
works good, I have problem how item look different from oem , in photo clearly you can see difference , at the bottom oem from google store on the top from this seller ,not mentioned item wasn't in the google packing (box) but to be honest, item works good, but I would not buy again.

buyer beware it came with no box just loose cable
I ordered this from Wal-Mart.com and after it finally showed up a week late (not walmart's fault) I open it up and its just a plain cable in the envelope no box or anything. I dont know if it is actually the google brand cable i paid extra for or some cheap walmart brand cable that you can buy for 99 cents at the register.

Great product!
I initially had an issue with a damaged package during shipping. They got the replacement out in a few days. I purchased this for use with an old Pixel 3 which I'm now using as a music Player. It works perfectly.

Not a Google Product, poor quality
This is not an official Google product. It came in a plastic bag, no box. I have two old Google connectors that stopped working, and I think they stopped making this so I had hoped this was old stock, it doesn't resemble those products. Connection is horrible and crackly straight away.

Get the job well done!
I have an awesome 3.5mm audio cable that I used for my Samsung phone that has the 3.5,, audio jack. Then, I switched to the Pixel phone, it doesn't have the 3.5mm audio jack anymore. I want to re-use my 3.5 mm audio cable, so I bought this adapter. This adapter works well, it preserve all the audio quality from my 3.5mm audio cable. I am quite satisfied. It is pricier than almost all the generic brands, but is is Google. I'd pay a bit more for the quality. I highly recommend this adapter.

Beware
Have used three different headsets and music cuts in and out constantly. This device does not have a good connection. Money was wasted.

These aren't Google branded products, and shouldn't have been tagged as being from google. I have a set of google branded adapter, and this is definitely not one of them.
