I have had the smaller Gorilla Glue gun for many years, so when I started running across projects that I needed more glue for, it only made sense to upgrade to a larger gun. I disliked having to add new sticks constantly. This one works just as well as the smaller variety, and it definitely cuts down on the number of glue sticks needed for a project.
Glue gun works well, gets HOT! Very easy to use. Works for projects and repairs. Ease of use is good. be careful because once again it does get hot. There is a low/high button for heat
It took me a while to get the hang of it, but it is very easy to use. I was surprised at how well it kept two plastic lids together. The stand is nice so I don't burn anything. It came with a good amount of sticks.
I decided to build some RC airplanes using foam board from Dollar Tree and other sources and hot glue brain adhesive epoxy at varies types of adhesives to build the foam board airplane well I ended up doing a bunch of other stuff like using different adhesives on cardboard boxes that I Was preparing to actually make like some carrying case for RC airplanes and all the stuff anyway a variety of things I've been doing here lately and the Gorilla Glue hot glue gun with a dual temp has been the best so far I've used other brands that have the dual temp but they usually get to where whenever you pull the trigger there's something that goes wrong that will not let you feed more glue the part of the glue feed has a little bit of a plastic flexibility to flexibility to the plastic that's trying to push it into the into the oven if you want to put it that way and I'm on most of the different brands that I tried it got to where you could squeeze it and there's just no good Advance it it was too much or too loose where it grass or glue Rod pushing it in but the gorilla glue gun still going strong been using it for all stuff
Name brand really matters. I got this one after another one I bought only lasted a few weeks. if you want a tool that lasts more than one craft season, go with a trusted name. And if you're not sure a 2 temp glue gun isn't something you need, your future finger tips will thank you, I promise you.
I have used one of these for many years and I want to get a new one so it was great finding it on Walmart. I think this is an excellent glue gun and it burns the glue and my fingers very effectively. it has been very reliable and highly recommend it's use. I have also learned how to care for my hands when the hot glue gets on them. I guess I shouldn't play with hot things.
work better than the previous one I had. I believe it came from a dollar store. I won't name the name, but went to take previous gun back and store was shut down. I prefer Gorilla products anyway. they have better quality and better build. nice that it holds my previous glue sticks. However it tips over easily. Needs a wider foot. Might make one with a dowel and zip ties. Other than the foot Quality of the product is Awesome highly recommended
I've owned a few different brands of glue guns. Looking for one that continually have an even flow of glue . This one works well, but still is not consistent with the flow. Better than others I've tried, but still looking for that holy Grail.
at the moment I wouldn't know. ordered gorilla glue sticks that did not arrive. difficult to use a glue gun without glue sticks. Ordered Gorilla specifically for the quality of Gorilla products, so I would like to tell a fine tale, but alas, the tail needs glue to stick it
I have to return it if I could give it no stars I would, I just bought this on the 28th and will be returning it I wasted to glue sticks for nothing to come out it heated up and nothing came out the nozzle it melted the glue and it oozed out the back defective and for what I paid I expected more so I would not recommend this at all.
