The design and size is perfect for our large 85lb Golden Doodle that eats 2 cups of food, 2 x daily. He was not able to gulp it down. He even lays down to eat and digestion is better. The bottom black rubber keeps it from moving on the floor but it is not very thick and of course he is 2 yrs old and had to chew on it a little. We just put it up after each meal.

This is a good product. But I wish that it he inside dividers were a little more spaced out, because my dog has a little trouble getting every bit of food out. However I am very happy that she is eating her food slowly now. I wish I had gotten it a long time ago

This bowl has done wonders for slowing my pup down with eating. She used to have digestive issues from eating so fast that she would go into anxiety attacks. Now with this bowl slowing her down she has had zero digestive issues and I'm thankful! Been anxiety attack free since shortly after purchasing.

My Dogs would gobble their food in seconds and continue to want more. the beauty of these bows is the puzzle affect. I place the food inside of the walls, the dogs are forced to east slower, the rubber bottom keeps the bowls from traveling while they eat. They take longer to eat and are more satisfied after woods. I actually bought another set for when the one is being cleaned Good idea inexpensive and is saving me on not doling out to much food.

My dog gets 1 cup of food in the morning and evening. He woofs it down without even chewing. This bowl has helped so much for him to take his time eating and actually chew his food. The rubber on the bottom of the bowl keeps it in place while he eats, and is the perfect size for his amount of food!

My one year old chihuahua mix pup was eating too fast and throwing up her food in minutes. I read an article about slow feeder bowls and knew Wal-Mart would have just what I needed. The bowl has a reasonable price and arrived quickly. She had no problems adjusting to it and for some strange reason, she likes whatever I put into the bowl where before she would turn her nose up pretty often. The bowl is well made and should last a long time.

Purchased two of these bowls in the sage green; one for our little dog, and one for our larger dog. Having recently changed their nutrition to assist with some much needed weight loss, finding a good “puzzle bowl” to slow their eating was crucial. I like that the puzzle design isn't some cramped that is hinders their meal time, but still slows the rate at which they eat. The weighted base is nice and the bowl is sturdy. Cleans easily.

The Gorilla grip slow feeder, has really slowed my big dog down when eating. I know this has to be better for his digestion. I will do this type feeder from now on. It also makes them engage their mind more while eating. It washes great, and is sturdy. If you have a chewing puppy you may need an aluminum one.

I love this bowl it immediately worked slowed my 1 yr old Chi from throwing food all over the floor and her eating habit slowed down. Going to order another for my other Chi. Great product.

Cute dish, but the little one was able to scoot it all over the floor trying to get at the morsels. I am going to place it on a rubber mat to see if that helps keep the bowl in place. I got the smallest one, but one more size smaller would be a nice option. Maybe not as deep or wide. 3/4 or 1/2 cup size.
