I have never had an ice cream scoop that cuts through hard ice cream right out of the freezer. This scoops out the ice cream as if it had been sitting out for 5 or 10 minutes. On top of that, the ice cream comes off the scoop very easily. If you want to scoop the ice cream into a ball for a cone, I don't imagine this type of scoop could compare to the traditional round scoops with a trigger release, as I don't have a need to do so.

Got for my husband for his birthday. He loves ice cream, but always struggles to scoop because it's so frozen and hard. It'll be a breeze with this scooper! I've never seen such a heavy duty ice cream scooper...nice grip, it's very attractive and expensive looking. Can't wait for him to try out! Highly recommend!

After going through many different ice cream scoops and either them breaking or the inside eventually changing color we have finally found a winner. It's sturdy, it scoops well, it doesn't change color or the inside coating doesn't flake off. I would very much recommend the scoop and I will buy another just like it if anything happens to this one. It is worth every penny.

This is a heavy duty ice cream scoop. I greatly prefer this scoop over my last one. It's easier to use than the type with the flipper attachment that releases the ice cream. The flippers break over time. Gravity releases your scoop on this one. I would recommend this one to anyone. There's nothing that's going to break on it. It fits my hand perfectly and does a great job!

Best ice cream scooper of all time it's really heavy. It cuts through the thickest frozen ice cream without having to heat up the spoon love it overall me and the only thing obviously is it's so expensive but once again this is one of those products will you get what you pay for great job.

This gorilla grip ice cream group is the best! The rubbery grip helps you to get ice cream from the container with ease. Definitely durable and the scoop is of a decent size. Super fast shipping. This is a weighted, stainless steel scoop that glides through ice cream. Very ergonomic for my arthritic hands. We appreciate that it is dishwasher safe. What a great find!

I loved the way the handle felt and the scoop design functioned very well. I was under the impression that the metal part of the scoop was solid stainless steel through and through however it is not. apparently it is painted on and it started keeping off after approximately five uses. I do not like this. I do not want to have to worry if chips of paint are being consumed into my body. other than that it is a great design. if they would just make it a solid stainless steel with the gorilla grip handle.
