It's a good size 17 x 11. It's about an inch thick and firm . The us also a cutout for a carry handle. I have some painful knees and I'm hoping it will help when in need to get low to look for something under a chair or something at the back of a lower cabinet. I haven't used it yet but I'm hoping it lives up to expectations.

Very happy with this, I bought it to plant tulips and save my knees and it is very thick and sturdy while still being comfortable, it's also a great size.

Great price, very thick, should last a long time. I am using it for a balance board at home to protect my floors. Some reviews say it's too hard for kneeling for something lile gardening, I think it depends on personal preference.

Great pad it is thick and sturdy. Has a little handle to carry around easily. My only problem is the pad is so stiff my knees hurt when using the pad. comfort level is low because no give in the pad.

There was no give to the pad. Hard as a brick. Thought I could use it as a step for step exercise, but the label said "don't stand on this". I have other closed cell garden kneelers. They are great, but have a very firm but flexible support.

it was well made but is hard as a rock. It hurts my knees to kneel on it. I like Gorilla products but this one is a 'fail'. Due to it's texture and hardness, it is more comfortable for me to kneel on the bare tile than to use this. I am now using it to set boxes of tile on. It can handle the weight and protects the floor. 🤣

I received the kneeling pad without a carry cut out hole as pictured. This pad was so hard, I might as well just kneel on the floor. I returned this item. I would not recommend for any purpose

NEVER RECIEVED! Item was ordered - Walmart cancelled order stating "OUT of STOCK". While item is still listed on WEBSITE! Chat bot response stated "out of our control". Don't bother ordering......
