Better than expected
Hands down one of the best pre workout supplement! You don't need a full scoop of it just taking half a scoop works really good. Worth the money and great for working out.

Great pre workout for everyone in my opinion! the pumps are pretty amazing providing good muscle mind connection! Low stim, no beta alanine so don't expect a tingle. Better than paying 3 dollars a can for some energy drinks.
