Beautiful pan and lid but apparently someone who packed it is not a happy employee because they threw it in the box upside down with the glass lid unprotected and it shattered and just a flimsy piece of bubble wrap covering the bottom of the pan which was facing up. There was no room in the box for it to flip over on its own. Glass shards leaked all over my front porch and into my foyer, family room, and kitchen before I realized it happening. I'll try to find it in a store somewhere rather than ordering it online and having a ship from Vegas.

Great look of Copper without the hassle of polishing every week or two for the shine. Large enough to cook family style meals and cooks equally and heats balanced.

I don't know how a person can say that they think their new skillet is beautiful, however, that is what I think. And my 2 eggs-over-easy that I cooked in this new skillet slid outta there like a trick shot. Thank you. 🌹🌹🌹🌹

Pan is as advertised, you have to work for something to stick to the pan. By it being so versatile, I find a reason to use it everyday!

This is a beautiful pan, I love the hammered copper color. The reason I gave it a four and I was tempted to give it a three, is because eggs stick to the pan. I have tried it without oil and with olive oil and my eggs still stick to the pan as well as to sides. The pan is easy to clean except for the sides. The sides are a little harder to clean. The outside of the pan is very easy to clean. Perhaps the sticking is just a problem with this skillet.

I unwrapped the skillet and immediately noticed a circle in the middle of the pan. Apparently it was from the packaging rubbing between the base of the skillet and the cover. It might be completely fine, but I am returning it because I feel it should look new before its first use. I tried gently washing the inside of the skillet with it sitting on my countertop. Then when finished with the unsuccessful attempt I noticed it had left silver marks on my quartz countertop. I am now in process of trying to remove those marks. The product may be just fine, but I am going to return and find something else that actually arrives looking brand new.

It seems like these pans have an issue with dark stains. It seems to be the area where the cardboard spacer makes contact- it must be scratching the surface and causing a dark spot that doesn't come off. I reached out to the seller but got no response. We desperately needed a pan so will keep it but I would not purchase another one or anything from this seller.

I just received this pan after waiting about 10 days for it to arrive. I just washed the pan and noticed that the lid is dented in 2 places!! I have not even used it yet and after spending over 40.00 for it, now I have to be annoyed by having this issue remedied.
