I had purchased a 12inch Gotham steel skillet and it worked great. Pan needs very little oil and cooks best over low heat. Gotham steel is easy to clean with no baked on mess. I also love the hammered look. When I saw this 4qt hammered pan from Gotham steel I had to have it. I have found that I use this pan twice as much as the 12inch skillet. Both pans are my go to when I am in the kitchen. I still keep my Calphalon cookware as backups, but Gotham Steel is my go to.

I said that i would not recommended for one reason it says that it is a 14 inch pan and it is only about 10 inch. It has deep sides which is nice but I would have liked for it to be bigger
I love the depth of this pan, but after about 12 uses, the coating edge started to peel at the top. I always washed it by hand, never in the dishwasher. Very disappointed because I loved the draining top feature.
I did not receive the right order.a smaller pot was delivered. A week late .and had to return to the store for a refund If I mail it back it will take longer for the refund oy was s gift I had to purchase a different one elsewhere
