Absolutely love. The handle is solid and sturdy. I use for everything. Cleaning is a breeze. I now have two and have eliminated unnecessary pans. Highly recommend.

Finally a non stick that one can use metal utensils with. Excellent finish, inside and out. Easy to clean as it all goes into the dish washer. It's good for multiple functions.

There are at least 3 brands of similar square pans, one of which I purchased w/o reading the fine print 1st that will scratch if you use metal utensils. I returned that one, did my research and bought this Gotham Steel square pan online from Walmart. I've used it already and am 100% satisfied that it will hold up to the abuse I give out when cooking.

Item came in good order, on time as promised. Have used it one time to cook some meat and it worked exactly as demonstrated. We have some steaks on lay-away at the Winn-Dixie and further testing will be undertaken when we pay them out. Like anything valuable, it will be taken care of and used within the range of its design. We will not be using mixing beaters, sharp utensils, or anything other than normal kitchen tools on it. We will not subject it to hand grenades, or industrial blow torches to test it. Nor will we be dropping it out on an airplane, running over it with a tank or leaving it out on the fast lane of I-95 overnight during Thanksgiving weekend. Common Sense aside, the fact of the matter is that none of our recipes call for that. We anticipate enjoying it for many years.

I only got to use the product once so far and without the included basket or steamer. I did do a large frittata using no butter or oils and it slid right out of the pan. Thus far, looks like a wise purchase. I already have the 9-inch pan and plan on a purchase of the larger 12-inch. Please note: There are an awful lot of this type of new product on the market. Both the frying pan and this square skillet are Gotham Steel products.

I absolutely love this pan! Gotham steel makes the best pots and pans. Nothing sticks, the food just comes right out, no sticking, and no oil needed. Clean up is so easy and there's no scraping the pan needed! I am seriously considering getting another one!

I enjoy the Gotham Steel cookware...I can cook with much less oil than I used with my cast-iron skillet, actually I no longer use the cast-iron. I tell others about the Gotham Steel and plan to purchase more as a housewarming gift.

Item was severely damaged in the box, however it was packed very tight and box was not damaged, which means someone knew this product was damaged before shipment. I got runaround trying to find where to return it. I finally got Walmart on phone with the product vendor and received a refund.
