Better than I expected. Sturdy, good heat distribution and a pretty color. I even thought I had ruined it when I left the large one on the burner during dinner. I came back to a pan of hot, blackened bits but after it cooled it cleaned up perfectly without any issues…like it had never happened. Very impressive for a non stick pan.
I am very pleased! I love ceramic pots and pans! They get scratches but never chip off. I cook with healthy oils. Olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oils. I like the non stick pots. I got these on clearance. I have a pot top that fits on all pots. Doesn't go in oven but I was afraid of burning my hand on that pot handle.
Three handy sizes in a value priced bundle. The heat evenly, and cleanup easily. I like the slanted sides for omlets, pancakes, and sauteed vegetables, etc. The largest is great for family meals while the small is great for eggs. They look good and can go in oven to finish off recipes.
Great set - just save yourself a headache or two by not bothering to trying to obtain the 'extended warranty'. All email addresses return 'not found' error messages - but sure sign you up for emails/texts about other Gotham products - I recommend not wasting your time on that whole thing, but it's up to you.
Great set of pans. They look good, very sturdy,and the non stick coating is fantastic. Very durable needs no oil and cleans up easier than any pans I've ever owned.
These are great! The small pan is perfect for omlets and they are all very easy to clean. I will keep buying Gotham Steel products if they keep making them this way.
Have used them several times and have had no problems Surprisingly easy to clean!!! I have always used TFal and had not used this type of pan before. Very happy!
I have had the large one for about 2 years... and <3 it. Wanted the smaller ones... so I just HAD to buy the set.... cuz WHO can have too may skillets. :D
This set of pans was good value for the price. The handles also stay cool when cooking and I like the teal color. It's not as “nonstick” as I would like. It also discolors easily (looks like burn marks on inside and outside) that I can't get rid of even after scrubbing.
I have induction stove and these pans are not very good for induction. The bottom of the pan doesn't fully trigger the heat. To find out if an induction pan will work, you have to use a magnet. The magnet doesn't work in the middle and about an inch all around the bottom of the pan. when the pan gets going, it works well.
