A-typical use case
This light has been a godsend for parents of a special needs kiddo. We've recently bought this to teach our child, a special needs 7-year-old, that the red light means it is bedtime, and they are to stay in their room, and the green light means it's time to wake up and leave your room. No more waking up at 3 am when they think it's time for school.

Govee is the go to, plus the price was unbeatable.
This has to be my 10 purchase from Govee and they have never disappointed! If you enjoying smart lighting and smart home accessories this is your go to brand. This light strand is very simple yet has a plethora of features! I love there products so much I ended up just buying it on the spot because the price was so good and like every time, no matter the price or product it's always quality!

Great when you recieve the correct model!
My review is tough, because although I've placed 5 orders for this Strip Light S, I've recieved 3 of the correct, rubber protected H612F models, which are great, but the other 2 came with models H617A, and H6159, in the same packaging as the S model, which are NOT RGBIC strips. Those can only display one color at a time. Buyer beware this model should say H612F in the Govee app, and have a rubberized coating over the LEDs. If it feels like a flimsy strip light without the coating, they delivered the wrong one, or the strip light inside was swapped at some point, which has also happened to me on another Govee product from another retailer as well.

lights didnt turn on when i got around to them. not even a barely there flicker i didnt have enought time to set it uo before the return deadline, which is my fault.

It would only put white as the whole strip but other colors it would do the beginning section
