I had heard that alfalfa sprouts help with the inflammation so by the time I buy them at the grocery store and use them they're usually bad so this is absolutely phenomenal concept. I can grow them anytime and every time I need them just something to add to my body that hurts daily , I'm just learning foods that help with inflammation so I appreciate this product very very much

Way cheaper than the ones on line, and work perfectly for my broccoli and alfalfa sprouts, give me a new batch every five days.

Great seed sprouting kit. The wide mouth jar and ring can be used interchangeably with Ball wide mouthed jars. Which is great to know if your jar breaks or you lose a ring or something. I grew broccoli sprouts with ease with this kit. They lost a star, because it doesn't come with instructions.

The tray and rack to hold the jars to drain work great. The black covers are too difficult to get on, so I didn't use them (placed it in cupboard instead to keep out light).

I have another brand of sprouting jar that includes a rack but it is one piece and the back part is beveled to keep the jars in place. This kit includes 2 separate racks but are flat on the back portion which allows the jars to move around. The racks don't fit tight in the drain pan and they will slide around. It's an accident waiting to happen. Also, the rack allows the jars to touch the catch pan which could allow water to stand inside the lid if water is allowed to stand to any depth. I based my purchase on all the great reviews but for me I prefer the one piece stand with the bevel in the rack to prevent jar from sliding around. The first photo illustrates their rack and the second photo is my current setup. You can see the difference in how the rack sits in the pan and the air gap in my rack and pan.

I returned this item to the store on January 8, 2025, in the original unopened shipping packing, as we did not need it. The store said I would be issued a refund from the company and that all correspondence must be with them. The company says they can't issue a refund because Walmart did. They said to talk to Walmart. Walmart says i have to go through the company. RESULT: no product (it was returned to customer service) AND no money back. Long story short.... Do NOT order through Walmart to third parties. It is a chance to get ripped off.
