Best quality chickpeas
I love Goya brand chickpeas. After trying several others I have found these to be the best quality. They are larger with a better texture and wonderful flavor, and the low sodium variety is an extra bonus.

Handy in a pinch
The best ones still are dried beans you make yourself (soak overnight). These canned ones are great for back up when you don't have time, or, forget to prep.

Great for a quick Hummus!
Use to make your own Hummus when you don't want to wait for soaking dried Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans. Hummus comes out okay, not as good as using the dried Chick Peas but great for a quick batch and so far they've always been clean and tender enough to use right out of the can!
