Nothing is better than Lentils soup
It's a must have every month a big pot of lentils soup with carrots, celery, onions, garlic and additional spices. Full of protein

Goya is a brand I have used for many years with success. These beans need no overnight soaking making cooking very convenient. These are high protein with fiber. I recommend them.

The photo is not accurate, it shows that every serving is 70 calories when in reality it's 160 per serving

l bought lentils for 8.99 l thought it was a big bag and it was a small bag which l could of bought for 1.50 a bag l wouldn't but this again.
