I've been eaten this products since I was a child. My mother cooked it in several ways now that I am grown I've continued to use it so it's highly recommended those who not familiar go ahead. Try it make some soup.

Indian Chana daal, yum!
So glad I could find chana dal at walmart. Easy to cook, nutritious and the price is unbeatable. Another great product from Goya. I'd love it if they sold toor dal as well.
