Not sure if it works yet. From what I've read about Collagen, you need to take it for 3-4 months before you see results. This is my 2nd month taking it. However I will say that it is a very good product compared to others for quality and price. Ingredients are from many sources, not just 1. And all natural. I will recommend this product based on the ingredients alone.

I like this Collagen formula that has several nutrients like magnesium, etc. that I need to take because I have Celiac Disease (gluten intolerance) and it is difficult for my body to absorb nutrients and therefore I need extra nutrients through supplements.

It is easy to the stomach and easy to swallow. I do notice a bit of a change overall for my knees, they don't hurt as much. This is the first time I purchased and will continue giving it a try for 2 or 3 months to really expect more benefits. So far so good, price and quality are also a four stars. Recommended.

main thing, do t be looking for two bottles as the ad shows because it apparently is only one bottle, that is all I received. I hate when they do that those ads are only to make you think you are getting more than you are! I just received yesterday after the FedEx guy threw them from the center of the road out of the truck into my yard. SERIOUSLY, not one single step have a pic of them landing in the yard and it's on video..of course FedEx does not care. can't really review the gelcaps, not capsules. because I've only taken the 1st dose this morning, doesn't act instantly. I've taken other collagen, they do work not sure about these yet. I'll update

I appreciate the ease of taking these daily and the fact that it supposedly provides collagen without the excess calories that most supplements include. I also was interested in the touted digestive benefits. However, I can't say I've seen any difference in the several months that I've been using this product

The item description says multi-collagen 5000 mg but the bottle says only 2000 mg of collagen and 5000 mg of biotin. Therapeutic collagen is 4500 to 10,000 mg per day per independent studies. Therefore taking this collagen as directed on the bottle, would not be effective ( 2000 mg).
