I used to use this detergent for quite a while. And was pleased with it. However I got a whole bag of partially broken lids or the pods wouldn't dissolve and I had to break them up by hand. And I tried again, same thing. I contacted the manufacturer several times with no response. So now I'll have to find another brand.

They all came broken and the pod essentially disintegrated. I would say this ships poorly.
