Graco Benton 5-in-1 Convertible Baby Crib, Pebble Gray

I was worried about receiving broken pieces because of all the negative reviews but I decided to roll the dice and buy it anyway. It's an awesome crib and such a great deal for the price. I feel bad for everyone who is struggling with broken pieces but ours came just fine.

This is a really nice crib very sturdy and even though it's just been a couple of weeks. Looks like it will last up to the time he will use it when it will convert. He is 9months now. Only thing I hate is the fact that the instructions only says what should be facing inside on the "walls" of the crib and not on the legs. But it was pretty straight forward set up, I did it with no mistakes

Based on the price I worried that this crib wouldn't be stable but it's actually nice and sturdy. Clean, simple look, easy assembly even for an 8-months pregnant woman. The paint job could be done a little better but there were no scratches and the overall quality is very good given the $120 price tag. There are a few large stickers labeling the sides (left, right) that are supposed to facilitate the assembly but they're a pain to peel off and clean the residue.

This crib was purchased for a new great grandson who will come into our world in January 2021. They live in Chicago, so it was delivered there. They have not set up the crib yet, so I have not seen it up and together. However, after 4 children, 7 grandchildren and soon to be 8 great grandchildren I have become a fan of Graco products.

Box arrived damaged, crib had a gouge in the wood, I am not physically able to repackage it to return or to send back so I am stuck with it very disappointed, I should have some money discounted from it, reported it to walmart but nothing, can't show photos because my camera is broke on my phone

After reading the not-so-great reviews, we crossed our fingers and ordered this crib for my son in 2012. The crib we received was in perfect condition and was a breeze for my husband to put together in probably a little over an hour. The quality is very good, especially considering the amazing price with mattress included. It's not as sturdy or as heavy as the far more expensive cribs at Babies R Us, for example, but you can't expect the quality of a $150 crib to be the same as a $400+ crib. My son has been in this crib for almost a year and half and I'm still very happy with our purchase. This crib has held up extremely well, even enduring my son's constant and enthusiastic jumping. Because of our great experience with our son's crib, we decided to order the same crib for the birth of our upcoming daughter. The shipping is amazingly fast; we received the crib and mattress 3 days after we placed the order. The box was in good shape, but when my husband started to put it together, we discovered a badly damaged headboard. One of the pre-drilled holes was cracked all the way to the edge of the headboard. Instead of calling the 800 number to get a replacement headboard, we opted to just return the crib to our local store and re-order the crib. We had no problems returning the crib, and our new crib arrived in pristine condition and was put together within the week. Bottom Line: Excellent crib for the money. Looks great in our kids' rooms and holds up very well. If the damaged product problems could be resolved, this would definitely be a 5 star purchase. While it was an easy process to return the damaged crib and re-order a new crib, it is still annoying to have to load it up and take it back to the store. I would still recommend this to a friend and would definitely re-order it in the future if necessary, because it is a great deal and great product, but give yourself time to return it and re-order if necessary.

My baby always seems to get his arms and legs caught between the bars, and is always bumping his head on the bars. I don't remember this ever happening with my first in her IKEA Sniglar crib. We've opted to bed-share, partly because I don't trust that he won't somehow get hurt in the crib during the night. I can't even leave him in there to play for a few minutes without him somehow getting hurt.

The paperwork inside of the box states that the company should be contacted instead of returning the item to the store. I have contacted the company 5 times to no avail. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase however it is too cumbersome to take it back to the store so I'm stuck with a damaged crib for my first grandchild.

I decided to purchase this cribs despite the bad reviews. I made a mistake. The crib was broken in many areas. Most parts were damaged. I would not recommend this crib. If it breaks simply by delivery, I question the durability and sturdiness. I returned the crib to walmart with no problems and plan to spend more money for a higher quality crib.

Although I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer, retailer, or shipper issue, this crib that I purchased arrived with a broken back rail. Like all furniture purchases, the instructions say to contact the manufacturer for damaged or missing pieces. I have tried contacting the manufacturer (LaJobi) MULTIPLE times via phone, website, and email to have this back rail replaced and cannot get in contact with anyone. I do NOT suggest purchasing this crib due to the fact that you will not be able to get any assistance if you have damaged or missing pieces. I am highly upset as this purchase took a lot of time and effort to pick our favorite one, and now I am having to return the whole crib and start the purchase over again. NOT HAPPY!
