Grand Trunk Parasheet Beach Blanket – 7' x 7' Lightweight Parachute Nylon Ground Cover with Sand Anchor Pockets, Quick-Dry & Packable for Beach, Camping & Outdoor Use

I have purchased several Parasheet blankets for family members, for gifts and for personal use. The Parasheet is perfect for so many uses. It is priced fairly and is so convenient to store in its own stuff bag! My grandchildren even use to create forts to play in. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!!!

For years, my family and I have been using and old computer to take to the beach. It's hot, bulky, and just a pain to carry around. After buying a hammock from Grand Trunk, I wanted to try their beach blanket. GAME CHANGER. It's so light and doesn't get hot in the sun. Best part is that it's so packable and fits in a little attached bag! I will be buying more and highly recommend everyone else to as well!

I have not had time to try it out yet, but it looks really nice. The ability to use weights and or stakes is very convenient. Our dog laid on it and she sheds a lot! He fur fell right off of the Parasheet® Blanket. Top quality construction as with EVERYTHING else that GrandTrunk makes. I look forward to many years of use.

This is the best beach blanket. It's made with high quality materials and the stitching is strong. I've noticed the corner stake down loops have been upgraded since the original I bought almost 10 years ago. This thing will last forever.... The only reason I bought a new one is that I got an outrageous amount of tar on the first one after years of heavy use. :/ I really like how the corner pockets can be filled with sand. It stays on the beach even on windy beach days. I love everything about it.

We just purchased a couple MORE of these blankets for our trip to Florida. These are great! They do not blow away in the ocean breeze - easy to clean and light. We loved it so much we bought some as gifts for our spring breakers. Compacts into your suitcase so you don't even know it's there until it's needed. Why bring big heavy sheet towels to layout on which are bulky ? This is a much better option.

I constantly find myself saying "why didn't I think of this?" We never set out for a beach trip without this blanket. No more fuss about the sand getting stuck to every little crevice of your towels and the material does not make you feel sticky or hot. My husband and I are very tall as well and we fit on this very comfortably. Its also incredibly packable and light. Must buy.

This is the third Grand Trunk blanket I have purchased. One for us and two were gifted to our fellow travelers. We have used them throughout the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaiian beaches, at music in the park on the grass, and softball games as well. They are so lightweight and easy to pack. They are SUPER easy to shake clean, roll up, stuff into the attached sack, and be on your way. No sand or grass to worry about cleaning up later. We've had several people wonder what they are when they see how easy it is to use them. They wash up great in the washing machine, and I air dry ours. A really great product - definitely worth the price!

I love how the blanket has the pouch attached to it so you never have to worry about losing it. I had an easy time pulling it out and laying it down then shaking off the sand and stuffing it back in the pouch. The size of the blanket is perfect; definitely a great amount of space and you don't feel cramped. Two things I wasn't 100% happy with: color (the mint/orange one is more of a mint/red)/ and the other small downer was the price. I wish it costs just a tiny bit less. But all in all, I love it and can't wait to enjoy this blanket for many years to come!

I LOVE my parasheet - it's convenient and light to carry and gigantic. but I took off a star because the first time I used it, I got really terrible oily stains (even after machine washing) from sitting on it with sunscreen on. Grand Trunk customer service was really nice about it though, and informed me that it's a rare occurrence. They offered a warranty replacement. Just be careful if you are using spray-on sunscreen

I bought this for our upcoming trip to the beach. Shipping was extremely fast! The fabric is very soft and although thin feels durable. Other reviewers were saying it was just a tarp, that is not the case, like stated before its a very soft fabric. Be cautious when putting back into the bag though, you can see the stitches stretching at the sew point. I cannot wait to try it out on the beach. I'll update when we get back.
