I almost returned them because they weren't heavy like I'm accustomed to, but didn't realize because of the aluminum ceramic coating the heating is evenly distributed which allows for quicker cooking and easy clean up.
In the past, I purchased Granitestone by the piece. This time I got the whole set. It feels the same heft-wise. The baking pans were a nice bonus.
I love this set, it has everything you need and is very beautiful.
Don't put them in the dishwasher !! Other than that I love them

Handles get hot, not what I was expecting
20 piece set, only received 19 items. Material is very thin compared to the previous set from same manufacturer. $279.00 for mostly thin pots and pans. The baking pans are much thicker and better quality.
this is not compatible with an induction stove. the description states it is compatible but it is not!
i have pictures used cookie sheet it warped immediately
