Great pan, handy for small cooking projects, 1 egg, melting butter, 1 chop or burger. Quick, easy hand wash. No stick finish.

The screws that attach the handle are very difficult to clean after use.

It is not very deep. Too shallow. Can hardly get the spatula in to turn an egg. It works okay but it doesn't sit on the burner very good because it's too small and it tends to tip. I would buy it again if it were bigger and deeper. I would have returned this but I just didn't have a way to get to the post office.

This pan has straight sides instead of flared sides, so this pan is only the size to cook only one egg and It is a tighter flip of that egg. It is very light weight and missing the heavier bottom that I personally like.

The item was purchased because of being advertised as a non stick pan that didn't require cooking oils. However, if cooking oil isn't used food sticks just like in most pans. It is a good pan for cooking eggs etc due to its size.

This pan is meant for one egg. If you try to fry up two eggs the whites will stick to the handle screws inside the pan. It worked ok for one week, and then my eggs started to stick to the pan and break. I'm glad it's still within the return window. Not a keeper.
