The competition was much higher priced. Upon arrival, this pad needed a bit of time to Un-Curl at the edges, as it came rolled. But after a few hours of lying flat, it was perfectly fine with hugging the table as you can see. I’ll not store it curled. Both sides are good, no difference. My table will be protected from spills and scratches. I can place paper directly on the pad and write using a pen or pencil. It stays in place nicely. Seems very durable. Cleanable.

This was not expensive so I wasn't sure what to expect especially since I was replacing a desk mat that wouldn't stay flat even after years of use. This one lays totally flat and I've had zero issues with curling edges after 2mos of daily use so far.

Very good desk cover. Covers any blemish on the top of the desk as well and is a good writing surface.

Easy to clear when my coffee spills on the desk pad.This is a perfect writing surface to make my writing feel way more smooth. Plus, I don't have to worry about scratching the desk or finding a coaster!

Really liked the fact that the mat laid flat right out of the package. Helps protect the top of the desk and is easy to write on. The long length provides plenty of room for the keyboard as well as a place to the side to set other things.

I love my desktop mat it gives me a larger range of movement for my mouse. The pad doesn't slip and slide great mat for the price.

This pad works perfect for my Chromebook and mouse. Great quality and reasonably priced. I am happy with my purchase.

Had another type from Office Depot didn't work at all - corners started bending up - threw it out.

This is pretty much a large vinyl placemat. It's really soft, and comes rolled very tightly. So far it still has not unrolled completely flat. It does the job, but isn't anything spectacular.

Should have gotten a larger pad
