Gray, HomeShades Flat Primer Spray Paint-263453, 10 oz

Been using this primer for years. Covers great and fills in, for the most part, small blemishes and tiny cracks better than any other primer. Very disappointed though it's not available in store any longer. AND, disappointed the price has jumped from .96 to $1.64. That's a huge hike.

This primer is not as heavy as some primers and will not hide fine detail when used. I use it for model work and it is excellent and not expensive. It covers well annd is not too thick. In short a good primer.

Fills and levels ok. inexpensive, and if it's general household or shop work you're completing, this Home Shades primer fills the bill. i've used it twice. first, to cover some just derusted hinges on gate. did fine, and covered with paint. no issues with primer adhesion. spray light coats of course. second task, was to cover a couple light bondo, and spot putty minor dings on neighbor gal's inexpensive auto. seemed to fill well and find my bondo imperfections easily. that's what you want. base coat did fine following primer. as i wrote, HomeShade's primer fine for general applications. buy some.

Good product. Covers well and dries quickly.

Over the years I have used this primer on everything from 3 cars, to bicycles, to chairs, and RC helicopters. I bought it by the case when I painted my truck. This stuff worked great on metal, plastics, fiberglass and even wood. Over the years the price has gone from $.53 a can to $.96 and it is still the best value for the money out there. I was dismayed to say the least when after doing some body work on my mothers car I went to pick up a few cans and none were to be found! The new low price primer sold in its place is COMPLETE GARBAGE. It doesn't come out even, doesn't fill in imperfections in the slightest, and 3 coats can be removed entirely in about 4 passes wet sanding with 800 grit sand paper! Please bring this product back to your stores in AZ! Or at least let us order it online! I guess for now I'll go see if I can find it on Amazon?

Been searching for a long time to replenish my stock. But, there just hasn't been anything as favorable to me for priming items with fine detail. So many other spray primers are too thick and are only good for flat surfaces. With this product I've been able to keep it thin and economical for priming many of my crafting projects from home decor to working on mass quantity of tabletop miniatures. Darn shame that, as of this posting, you just can't find it anywhere.

the spray paint is one of my best the primer works excellent and the pressure of the can is a 9 out of 10 but the price is even better. thank you.
