Yes, I'd recommend this product. I was borderline high cholesterol, and I went from whole eggs to Great Value egg whites, and at my next Dr visit (blood work), he was pleased with my results and my lifestyle change. I enjoy my egg white omelet with a handful of baby spinach, a little sea salt, and freshly ground pepper, wheat toast with apple butter... this 32oz container will make several small omelets, and it's a great alternative to whole eggs..

cost is comparable to others Quality is comparable to others. taste and texture is the same as other brands. Call convience is why i buy it, sure i can buy regular eggs and seperate it, but i hat throwing out the yokes, but it has alot of cholesterol which im tackling and it's Working. i mix 2 regular eggs with 2 eggs whites. the combination is low calorie, high protein and low cholesterol. i would recommend.

Even though the medical info out there now says egg yolks are not apt to raise your cholesterol, I obtain labs regularly due to elevation in my cholesterol levels. I used to throw out yolk until egg prices soared, When I started eating yolks because of waste my bad cholesterol was elevated. Last few months using whites, my levels are back to normal. Great, and date shows lasts longer than regular eggs.

At times I buy whole eggs for cooking. These whole EGG WHITES in a carton comes in handy especially for eating without consuming egg yolks.This can be used as well to replace whole eggs, the taste is the same. The carton keeps the eggs fresher. I've never bought a container that has gone bad ( and it keeps in my frig for a long while).I highly recommend GREAT VALUE EGGS IN A CARTON.

I prefer cage free, organic eggs, but when I can’t find it, I appreciate a competitive price. I use this for a boost of protein and mix it with regular eggs or into oats for a less-processed lean protein. The taste is the same as the more expensive brands, and it cooks up the same.

This is a fantastic way to add to my protein without increasing the fat. Egg yolks and I don't always get along but one whole egg with the added Liquid egg white protein makes a delicious omlette I can enjoy and digest. Sometimes I use just the liquid egg whites for my omlette.

This is my go to morning breakfast,a must have!3/4 of a cup and one whole egg, couple small pieces of ham you're good to go! I really feel you get real egg whites in this carton opposed to buying it at Aldi's where I often see what I think is water! I love the Great Value Egg Whites!! They are soooooooo good! Just add a little oil to pan, if necessary. A little black pepper (I also add parsley flakes -- no salt -- water retention). I am on a high protein diet. I just ordered some more of them today. Another good item that I love is the Great Value Turkey Sausage Patties -- Oh my Goodness. Turkey Sausage Patties and Eggs Whites are my daily breakfast --- soooooooo goooooood!!!!!!! Yummmmmm!

I use this product as a part of my healthier choices lifestyle journey and I make egg bakes which I use a whole container to make 10 of them and I mix it with regular eggs and meats and stuff like that and it works out well and gives you extra protein to boot I would recommend it to anyone who wants the extra protein
