I have a vision problem and need the daylight bulbs.

These didn't work for what I bought them for. they don't work with the dimmer switches in my house. They do work just fine in the rest of the house though.

The light that the light bulb gives off is great wonderfully bright just like daylight however even though it says it is dimmable, it really isn't. It makes a crackling sound every time you go to turn it down or dim. It sounds scary, Like at any moment it could just pop or catch fire. I was desperate for bulbs so I'm keeping it but I don't recommend these if you plan on changing the lighting often. For now, I'm just keeping in mind that I should not use the dimmer while these bulbs are in. As soon as I get more cash flow I will get the better ones and remove these.

I do not like the bulbs with the yellow inside. For a ceiling fan, I want the bulbs to all match. They also glow yellow and I don't like that.

I purchased these bulbs in November 2025 because they were advertised as lasting 20,000 hours / 18 years. In my usage, they were on about 10 hours per day, 7 days a week. Based on that, they should still have lasted several years. Unfortunately, one bulb burned out in April 2026 and another failed in May 2026, only about 5–6 months after purchase. That works out to roughly 1,500–1,800 hours of use, which is about 90% less than the advertised 20,000-hour lifespan. The light itself was perfect while it lasted. Bright, clean daylight color. Unfortunately, the longevity has been disappointing so far. Come on Walmart. These did not come close to the advertised lifespan.

These lightbulbs are dangerous. After being on for a few hours, they exploded. Glass everywhere. Then I had to use special tools to try to get them out of the light socket they were in. Cut my hand. These need to be taken off the market.

Item was stuck in a box with a heavier item so of course a bulb was broken. Surprisingly only one. Not really worth my time going to a FedEx store to send it back and I don't live near a Walmart so not worth driving 50 mile round trip to return it.
