Great Value Battery Operated 6 in 100LM LED Cabinet Task Light, 4141, 20.8 oz, 2.2 in

Had to call to get directions on how to put it together,directions is very important , like very much wanted something small and not cost to much not electric cord it was a little hard to open for me think about buying more

I needed something for my closet in hall because there is no light. This fit the bill perfectly. Was easy to hang. On and off switch is a plus. Perfect size for small area. Need a few more and will be all set.

I chose this Great Value LED 6" Task Light for my spare bedroom that I sleep in most every night because it is totally pitch dark. I have no ceiling light in the room and no bedside table lamp, just a tall lamp at the foot of the bed. I have sun block insulated curtains that no light comes through so when you enter the room you can't see a thing, I carry a flashlight. I took this GV task light and mounted it near the head of the bed and wow does it put out the light ! It was easy to put on the wall, it comes with both little screws and double sided adhesive tape, I used the tape and it's held up well. This light is so nice and bright , I no longer have to have a flashlight in my bed in case I need to see. I does take 4 AA batteries which I bought rechargeable ones. I would say this is a really Great Value for a multi purpose light , I think this would be great for a kids room in case they need to get up in the middle of the night, just a push of a button and they will have light. I can just hit the easy push button and light up the whole room , it's amazing the light this puts out. I may have to buy another for other bedrooms in the house, and husband will want one for his garage too. It seems to be well made, has a LED life time of 11 yrs. and so far I love it. I can think of many uses for this 6" task light.

This Great Value 6-inch task light requires 4 aa batteries but provides a super bright light. The brightness is equal to 100 lumens and is stated to have an 11 year lifespan. This light will find a home in one of our dark closets. It also comes with the necessary mounting hardware as well as a mounting template.

The light seems bright and is the size I need. However, there is no adhesive to mount it and I cannot use screws where it needs to go. I will need to buy double sided adhesive strips to mount.

I purchases to accent a holiday painting and it worked perfectly. The size was spot on and I like that it isnt stark bright white. The only reason for not 5 stars is I have a hard time removing the back to install the batteries.

Task lamp is very bright but the function of the control switch is not reliable. Lamp comes on to the press but turning it off reliably is a FAIL.

Rec'd and opened, decarded packaging and then realized I did not have 4 new AA batteries. I ordered batteries thru Walmart and loaded light, clicked and nothing, no light. Removed batteries and tried 4 more new ones. This time I replaced the back in case it needed to be on. Again, nothing, no light. I tried to remove the back cover to remove the new batteries, what a struggle! Finally, I broke the back cover, removed the batteries and threw the light in the trash. Disappointing as I was looking forward to having some light inside a dark bathroom cupboard.
