Great Value BR30 Color Selectable LED Grow Light Bulb

I bought a rescue plant. It really was pitiful looking. I bought this bulb, because it’s fall now. It’s cold and dark and rainy. I wondered if this bulb could make a difference . Wow oh wow, it is really amazing. Just a few days, and my rescue plant had definitely turned the corner! It is thriving! I turn it on when I get up and turn it off when I go to bed. So easy to use, great results.

I placed this Lamp in a Floor lamp. It is now 2 weeks all the plants have noticeable growth. The lamp is on 10 hours a day. A 18” evergreen tree at the center of table is surrounded by several smaller plants. This tree is really growing,as well the other plants are putting out new growth. Water all with purified water that has been filtered to remove all the chemicals out of the city water. Highly recommend purchasing this lamp!

A great grow light for any use! It is adjustable for any application. I have these in my greenhouse with edible plants, my home for house plants and in my garage for all of my propagation plants. They are definitely strong enough to keep things thriving (not just surviving) with foliage through winter or in rooms with no windows. Great price! Great quality! Great choice! …Oh! Also, if you’re buying these, look up the “light socket extensions” at Walmart. They have bendable ones that are extremely handy! As it’s summer most of my outdoor garden is doing ok without needing extra light but thought I’d try this to spruce up my indoor plants. HUGE difference! Things that were only growing slowly are now expanding so fast I had to get new containers to repot them! Worth it!

I really love this light. i have purchased other lights in the past and didn't know that there was such as thing as a color selectable light. That feature alone is worth the sticker price, and then with it being Great Value, I think it's a great value! I have not used it long enough to do a comparison with my other grow lights, but I might be inclined to come back and update my review after having done so. I'm really excited to try the different selections. I noticed that the seedling light color is white, the vegetation light is purple, and the fruiting light is red. This makes me wonder if the light thatI have that claims to be full spectrum but touts being white and not purple is actually as effective as it's supposed to be.....I guess time will tell.

Great grow light bulb for growing plants. It has three settings, one for seedlings, one for flowering, and one for growth focus (if I recall correctly). It's a wide bulb, so if you have covers over your light - I'd recommend measuring the cover to the bottom of the bulb. As an experienced gardener, this does wonders to help assist my other grow light lamps. There's no adjustable height, it's a light bulb. There is no timer. Putting up this bulb is easy, it fits into a normal socket, but won't fit all light fixture bulb covers.

I purchased this to replace a regular light bulb above my kitchen sink. I have plants one either side of the sink and one spreading across the window cill. The bulb is too high for optimum value but the plants responded to it immediately and have brightened their colors! I certainly recommend it.

Great budget find. I was looking for a cheaper alternative to those expensive LED light setups, and this single bulb did the trick. It gave off the perfect amount of light and got my seedlings ready for transplanting way quicker than I expected. Highly recommend if you want something effective without spending crazy money.

This review is only of the light, not growing results as my seedlings are only 5 days old. The light seems as bright as advertised and if so is a decent value for price per watt. There is a switch to set different light spectrums for different stages of growth, although I am not sure I agree with what is labeled on the switch. My plan: Pink/blue: Seedlings - 3-4 weeks Full Spectrum (white): - Growth phase Pink: Flower %26 Fruiting phase

I will preface this by saying that I'm a novice gardener %26 so I'm still learning what I'm doing. But I bought this light to start seeds indoors. I used regular sized seed starting kit %26 used this light to get them germinated %26 growing. My seedlings germanated but were very lanky when what I planted shouldn't have been. He said it was because they weren't getting strong enough light. I had set the bulb about a foot %26 a half away to light up all of the tray. So just know, depending on your plant's needs, this bulb may not be strong enough.
