Great Value Canned Collard Greens, 14 oz

I LOVE MY VEGGIES, BUT FAMILY NOT AT ALL., BUT WHEN I MADE THESE COLLARD GREENS THEY LOVED THEM. I AM USED TO MAKING THEM FROM FRESH COLLARDS, GETTING OLDER AND LAZY I TRIED THE CANNED. THEY LOVED THEM. NEVER HAD I SEEN THEM GOBBLING GREENS DOWN THAT WASN'T FRESH. I PUT OF COURSE MY COUNTRY SPICES AS WITH THE FRESH ONES. I SAY QUICK AND A LOT EASIER TO MAKE A HEALTHY MEAL, TRY THESE COLLARDS YOU WON'T REGRET.

I love the greens but don't understand why my Walmart doesn't keep these in store. They have to be shipped to me every time I order them. Love the taste of the product though!

I love these so I can season my way. they were packed with my skillets I ordered and bent my large skillet. I don't think they did well by putting them in with those.

the Great value collard greens seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chopped onions red pepper and green peppers with smoked Western ribs slow cooked. yummy now to make some mac and cheese to go with it.

I've had Great Value collard greens before, but the quality has deteriorated badly. From one can alone, we had to remove 10 woody pieces from 4 plates of food. If you don't mind chomping down on twigs in your cooked meals, then go ahead and buy these. Otherwise, I'd go for a name brand. I will not be buying them again.

All other brands I've found add so much to their greens, sugar, maltodextrin, MSG, hydrolyzed soy protein and just a bunch of nasty stuff. We used to buy these Great Value ones in the store but they stopped selling them. I was so happy they had them for delivery. They are just greens, water, salt. Perfect for you to season them the way you and your family like with real ingredients. Will be ordering again and again. They are a good way to add greens to your diet all year round.

I am on a strict salt intake. I don't like the pre-seasoned greens. I can season my own without that bad taste and the reaction all the salt causes. This is the best choice for me and I can change my tastes up. That's awesome when you cook them with different meats.

I was shocked….the canned collard greens was very tasty and could have passed for home cooked greens.

It's a pity you have to get half a case shipped rather than a can or two of UNSEASONED collards. The store seems to have only those nastiy, seasoned greens.

This is an excellent buy!!! No bacon fat, great for vegans %26 vegetarians. This a VERY healthy canned vegetable. The only downsize…. It's ALWAYS out of stock!
