Great Value Earl Grey Black Tea Bags, 2.54 oz, 40 Count

This is nice tasting tea. It's fairly mild but very good and I have Bergamot drops that I can add if I want to enhance it. I'll also add additional bags of black tea to make a cup stronger. The individual bag packaging is very good %26 easy to remove and no staples, just paper %26 string. This Earl Grey tea stands on its own and I'll repeat my purchase.

I'm not sure it would pass the test in England, lol, but honestly it tastes fine to me. Not overly strong or bitter tea flavor. Great economical every day tea. I love the way Great Value Wrappers keep it fresh.

this item can either be very excellent or sometimes it just is no good. I am not talking about the taste. the taste is great but the bags can fall apart if your water is super hot like it should be and then the tea is out of the bag and into your water and that happens way more than it should. however you get twice the amount in this box then you do any other Earl Gray tea

with honey I drink several cups a day. I've tried several other teas and I come back to gv earl grayeach time. the tea bag has a fresh citrus fragrance .

Not earl grey at all. Might scratch the itch, if you can't get the real thing, but on this one -you get a cheap substitution. The smell and taste of earl grey is very complex - this product misses the mark in a big way. Sorry great value (I use a bunch of your products, but this one was a waste of money, in my option.) If you like the taste of lemon and lime pulp peel oils, you might like it. I do not! Just don't do it if you are a earl grey person.

I tried this tea b/c for the price, how could you not? The packaging quality is excellent; however, less on the cost sheet for packaging, b/c the true value comes from the flavor. This tea needs more BERGAMOT… Much more ! With that said, the flavor and aroma is non-existent. That is what makes Earl Grey Great— Popping. Bergamot Aroma and Flavor. Please fix this product, and I will try it again.

Just another average tea blend, nothing special. It is not full of the Earl Grey flavor which is a disappointment when you consider that one now has 40 bags of a Earl Grey wanna be. If you want a nice bland cup of tea by this. However if you want a true Earl Grey blend look elsewhere....like Twinings!!!!

The flavor is fine but the teabags fall apart so you always have grounds in your cup. Unless you want to go through and staple every bag so it doesnt self destruct as soon as it touches water, I do not recommend these not so great value tea bags.

I love great value brand for most things. This was not only lacking the bergamot flavor, they somehow also managed to lose the tea flavor. how that's possible I don't know, are they recycling preused tea bags. pass on this. a Lipton bag is better than this.

There's a chemical type smell in these teas "before" they're steeped in warm or hot water, however, so far I haven't gotten sick drinking the tea. I'm a shut-in senior so I had no way to return the item.
