Great Value Family Variety Chips Pack, 30 Count, 1 oz

Store brand chips are always a gamble, and with a 40pk on the line I was really taking putting my money on Walmart's Great Value brand. But having not been disappointed with the brand before, the odds were in my favor. Chips were down, well, in my cart. i was all in. I WON!!! Great crunch, flavor, typical flavors, and the price was lower than the competition. When Mr Picky (husband) even agreed, well, I figured I'd post and make it fun.

I read the reviews and decided to give the Great Value brand a try. First off, I like individual portions - don't want anyone else digging into the same bag! Cooties, you know..... Second - I was VERY PLEASED as the taste - but NOT THE PRICE - was very comparable to the big name brands! I will definitely purchase again!

Purchased the variety pack to give has treats. Likes: Variety, 6 different choices. Great price for amount. Individually wrapped. All of the 3 different potato chips none listed artificial dyes or flavors. Strong dislikes: Both of the tortillas and the cheesy chips contain either artificial dyes and/or flavors. Note all had seed oils. 1 chip contained milk.

I actually like these and the price is not bad for his many bags you get in the box the flavor is actually pretty good especially the cheese crutches and the cheese tortillas but you could add corn chips maybe some of them or just idea but I really good for the price and it taste as good

got a very picky relative wants to try a couple different kinds of chips I don't want to buy bags that are three four five bucks a bag so I bought these you get a selection of six they're small bags so if you don't like them you only opened up a small bag instead of opening up a full size window and have them go stay out cuz they don't like them

The biggest problem with this product is the salt. They are wayyyy too salty. Expect to drink a whole glass of water with a bag of these chips. They could definitely benefit from lowering the salt content by half!!! Other than salt being the main flavor they are fine.

This is one of my go-to purchases when it comes to having snacks on hand, whether it's just to keep some on my bedside cart (I'm disabled, and I also have a disability that requires I eat an increased amount of sodium, so chips and crackers are often go-tos for a quick dose of sodium!), or to have when my kiddo has a sleepover and his friends need something to snack on. Lately, though, some of the bags have seemed less filled, or have come a little bit stale, which is a bummer. It also feels like this mix (and most others from Great Value) are very heavy on the tortilla-type chips rather than the potato-type chips, which isn't my favorite. Overall, I do still definitely look to these for snacking, but I hope the staleness issues improve soon.

CAUTION: The price per OZ they show on here is not right....at all. Do the math before you buy if that's what you are using to compare. They are falsely posting lower prices per OZ to get you to buy their brands. This one in particular shows a price of $11.37 for 30 1 OZ bags with a price per OZ of 28.3 cents/OZ. Well, simple math says 11.37 divided by 30 equals 37.9 cents/OZ. In order for this to be 28.3 cents/OZ, the price would have to be $8.49 for the box.

I purchased the box that’s supposed to have 30 chips. We only got 25 bags of chips. We didn’t get any of the cheese crunchers in our box. There was supposed to have been five bags of those. I called and let them know, because if I was missing mine, a lot of other people would be missing theirs. They told me that I would get a refund. The message on the box says satisfaction guarantee. They did not give me my money back. They don’t even have to give me all my money back, just the money for the five bags of chips that I was missing. I paid for 30 bags. I should have gotten 30 bags.

it was delivered 12/3/2025 from the store, but the best used buy date is 12/1/2025. this is the 30 pack. a few weeks ago I brought the 20 pack and the best used buy date was February 16 of 2026. I'll buy that item again. the 30 pack has a better variety of chips. I would buy it in the store if I had a car.
