Store brand chips are always a gamble, and with a 40pk on the line I was really taking putting my money on Walmart's Great Value brand. But having not been disappointed with the brand before, the odds were in my favor. Chips were down, well, in my cart. i was all in. I WON!!! Great crunch, flavor, typical flavors, and the price was lower than the competition. When Mr Picky (husband) even agreed, well, I figured I'd post and make it fun.
I read the reviews and decided to give the Great Value brand a try. First off, I like individual portions - don't want anyone else digging into the same bag! Cooties, you know..... Second - I was VERY PLEASED as the taste - but NOT THE PRICE - was very comparable to the big name brands! I will definitely purchase again!
I actually like these and the price is not bad for his many bags you get in the box the flavor is actually pretty good especially the cheese crutches and the cheese tortillas but you could add corn chips maybe some of them or just idea but I really good for the price and it taste as good
These chips understood the assignment. You get like 30 tiny bags for $11 which in this economy feels borderline suspicious. BBQ and sour cream %26 onion are carrying the team hard. The plain chips are there for emotional support. Perfect for lunch boxes, road trips, or standing in your kitchen at 2am eating six “single serving” bags back to back while questioning your life choices. Honestly better than paying name brand prices just to get 11 chips and a whisper of seasoning.
Wow is all I can say with these, Walmart has come a long way. I've had these multiple times, and recently the quality of their crisps has definitely gone up for all flavors. These little boxes are great for kids, or adults who are looking for a quick snack. Personally, I use them to cut back on excessive snacking by eating one a day. Pros: Budget friendly, really good value, great variety, and good quality
Hey folk here I am reviewing the great value chips. It tastes amazing. I'm really enjoying every packet and it cost me each packet only $.38 so very cheap from Walmart again go ahead and buy this chips because they will not find a great deal in the market. I'm very happy customer and this is a very accurate review of this product. Thank you.
My son won't usually eat chips that aren't name brand, but I managed to get him to try the Great Value brand chips and he really likes them. He likes them so much that he actually requested I buy them for him. The entire family enjoys these chips, and i will continue to purchase them over the name brand for their overall quality and price point.
got a very picky relative wants to try a couple different kinds of chips I don't want to buy bags that are three four five bucks a bag so I bought these you get a selection of six they're small bags so if you don't like them you only opened up a small bag instead of opening up a full size window and have them go stay out cuz they don't like them
CAUTION: The price per OZ they show on here is not right....at all. Do the math before you buy if that's what you are using to compare. They are falsely posting lower prices per OZ to get you to buy their brands. This one in particular shows a price of $11.37 for 30 1 OZ bags with a price per OZ of 28.3 cents/OZ. Well, simple math says 11.37 divided by 30 equals 37.9 cents/OZ. In order for this to be 28.3 cents/OZ, the price would have to be $8.49 for the box.
I purchased the box that’s supposed to have 30 chips. We only got 25 bags of chips. We didn’t get any of the cheese crunchers in our box. There was supposed to have been five bags of those. I called and let them know, because if I was missing mine, a lot of other people would be missing theirs. They told me that I would get a refund. The message on the box says satisfaction guarantee. They did not give me my money back. They don’t even have to give me all my money back, just the money for the five bags of chips that I was missing. I paid for 30 bags. I should have gotten 30 bags.
