Great Value Fine Himalayan Pink Salt, 17.6 oz

It took me four minutes to order my supplies, and it was here delivered to my house within a half an hour. I had just gotten home from work and was in my pajamas, so I'm glad I didn't have to answer the door and things were just dropped off. I did yell "Thank you!" And my driver told me to have a good day. That's really good customer service!

We tried this recently for the first time when pink salt was one of the ingredients in a recipe I was making was required. We've been playing with it since trying it in recipes where regular salt is listed as an ingredient. The difference, though subtle, is exciting. We like it. The subtlety of taste isn't something I can put my finger on. It is something you should try!

We have started using Himalayan pink salt instead of regular table salt. This huge bottle of Great Value finely ground Himalayan pink salt was such a great value price! And so much easier to use than the grinder. It tastes good also. Will continue to purchase this way.

I got this for a friend that is a kitchen witch. She said it's great for her needs. She loves to cook and specifically asked for this brand and type of salt because she says it's great for bath salts as well as body scrubs.

It is salt, tastes great, is not overused like standard salt. The pink salt actually has some minerals not found in most salt and it is good for you-- It works.

I was disappointed when I took the cap off. There is only one choice to sprinkle (big) the salt. I don't need very much salt. I just finished using a bottle of Sam's Himalayan Pink Salt with three different options to sprinkle or pour the salt. So I poured all the Great Value salt into the Sam's bottle. I'm glad I still had the Sam's bottle.

I'm not using this salt to see if I can lose weight I do not believe that. It does not have iodine in it so that is something you need. I wanted to try it.

This is a mineral salt, fine to medium gauge. I used Kosher salt for years and now I am trying this pink salt for everyday cooking. I enjoy the taste and it blends into foods very well.

there needs be an option in reviewing a product that its unused, as this item is it was reccommended yet its not yet used thus cannot write an accurate review.

I wish I read the bad reviews closer, this is the worst pink Himalayan salt I've ever had. It is gritty, like eating sand or eggshells. And it tastes awful. I started using pink Himalayan salt because most other salt has this kind of bitter flavor layer to it. This salt has that. It also does not say product of Pakistan and packed in USA like most other brands do. It makes me question exactly where this salt came from. It is terrible. Pay a little more and get the Morton.
