They work as well as major brand names that I've used in time pass. Strong and not easily torn or pierced. I store all sorts of items from first aid supplies to actually bottles of medications to be handy to grab as needed. Also, individually wrapped snacks to be easily acceptable as an alternative to glass jars.

Great Value quart storage bags are strong, closes and opens easily, I use them for many things including lunches, leftovers, buttons, and many different things. Price is reasonable, I have been using these for many, many years and will continue to use them for more years to come.

I was using any brand of zip lock and slider zipper food storage bags. I'm not picky about brands I look for the best deal/price for quantity because I use a lot of them. Depending on what kind of food, I like to use them for freezing verses using containers. Containers take up a lot of space. Round containers take up more space than square. In the past I mostly used zip lock bags verses zipper bags mainly because of the price. The zip lock bags, no matter what brand I used doesn't always stay closed. That's because I probably didn't do a good job pressing the zip lock. To me they aren't always that easy to lock. For example I'll freeze corn because I can flatten the bags a little to fit in a smaller space. There are times when I didn't zip the bags well enough and corn would spill out in the freezer. Same with croutons, chocolate chips, chocolate wafers etc. These are food that can easily fit in the freezer to make more room for other things. I decided to splurge and ordered some slider zipper bags. They are easier to opened and close and I don't have to worry about corn spilling out and making a mess. The gusseted bottom adds a little more space which is great. When I buy food like meatballs for example that come in a big bag. The bag takes up a lot of space. After I open it I will put the rest in a zipper bag instead of keeping the original bag. To me the bag is bulky which takes up space. Any time I buy frozen food that comes in bags, as soon I open them and use what I need the rest are transferred into zipper bags. Using a zipper bag that will fit two or three buns for sandwiches, hamburgers buns or hot dog buns take up less space in the freezer. I will also split up the packages of hot dogs, hot links, ham etc into smaller portions. It doesn't make sense to defrost a whole package just for the few pieces I need. I buy ground beef in bulk the shape of a log. I make hamburger patties and package two in each zipper bag. Then I divide some for making tacos and pasta sauce and put them in zipper bags for freezing. I just fit them in wherever I find a spot. I can't do that if I use a lot of containers. I don't mind spending a little more for the convenience of the zipper. I find that because of the zipper the opening is slightly smaller than a zip lock bag.

I use these for a lot of storage. Snacks, leftovers, sandwiches, just many of ideas. They are wonderful. They open and close much better than the other type

Made quesadillas for a birthday party with these as part of the taco bar. Big hit. Everyone loved them. Ran out of quesadillas before tacos. The chicken fajitas are just as good.

These bags are just as good as the more expensive bags. These bags are sturdy and strong. I use these bags daily for my child's snacks for school. They are easy to open and close with the zipper bag.

Being handicapped and unable to use my fingers l use to. The slider is my best friend. And it's great for left over foods or for sandwiches to storing a picture or storing extra socks , loose screws and bolts too.,

Well the boxes were crushed! Caused by faulty packing. Soap bars were in the same carton with no bubblewrap so the bars crushed the box of zipper bags. Annoying!
